Great job, and very nice and helpful staff. My terracotta roof is like new. I’d highly recommend Remarkable Roof restorations.

Everyone in the team was very polite and helpful, from the office staff to the guy assisting on the roof and also the boss. It was reassuring to use an established business close to our suburb so that any backup needed would be easier. The boss made the inspection check, answered our questions and then had the office get the quote emailed to us, along with prior client addresses to review our selected colour options. The roof cleaning team took plenty of time to check there would be no problems once the water blasting started, then worked all day and did a great preparation job. They also cleaned up the splatter and dirt spray before they left. The paint team came as arranged a few days later and transformed our roof into our new colour, even providing several spare painted tiles. Our job also tagged on the matching leaf screener which was installed as arranged to finish the job and it all looks great.

My partner and I had our roof restored 9 months ago, unfortunately during the clean before the paint, the workers cracked some tiles. In the week between the clean and paint, we had significant rainfall, which led to internal plaster damage on our 100 year old cornice. I was told they had filed an insurance claim and they sent out one plasterer to quote repairs, but have subsequently failed to respond to my messages to have the damage fixed. It’s been 9 months. This is completely unprofessional and should have been remedied sooner. I have contacted administration and the manager without response.

I cant recommend the team enough! We are so happy with the result. We had our terracotta tile roof cleaned, repaired and sealed. We were impressed just by the high pressure cleaning - but were thrilled by the end result. Looks like a new roof!

We had our roof, gutters and garage doors painted in monument and it has made a huge difference to our house.

RRR were very informative of scheduling and we’re on site early. Our roof had not been cleaned or painted in 20 years and now looks a million bucks.
They were also very honest when the painters accidentally cracked a hard to replace tile and they got a tiler back in, free of charge, to replace the tiles before completing the painting. How many businesses with their own deadlines do that? Not many. I highly recommend. And if they are not available soon, they are worth the wait.

A very good company to deal with due to their good communication and professionalism. We are very happy with the results.

I'd like to thank the guys and gals at Remarkable for a lovely restoration and colour change on our roof. I had plenty of questions about the process and colour options and all my questions were quickly answered. It was quite a challenge with the rubbish weather we have been having and it took 3 goes to get it fully painted (due to rain). Its now finished and looks "remarkable". Micky did a great job and we are very happy with the result.
