Would absolutely recommend these guys. I had my laptop very slow and these guys did magic to it. Now its very fast and I didn’t have to buy a new laptop.

I had tried to make my PC last a bit longer so I took it to Reliable Computers Sutherland.
They had a thorough look at it and age had not been kind to it.
The best result long term was a new PC.
I was asked about my computer usage and a new PC was built for me.
A day later I had some problems with some of the programs, these were fixed over the phone.

Had my daughters school Mac laptop battery changed last November and the battery had an error, they checked everything and as it was still in warranty got all replaced within a few days with no charge. They checked with the battery supplier and got it fixed. Very reliable.

Jitu and his team are phenomenal! I had shopped around prior but after one call with Jitu regarding my computing requirements, I very quickly made the decision to have them custom build me a new system for my business.
I found Jitu's expertise extremely valuable in easily narrowing down the components that would best meet my specific needs. They gave me several options for the build, all with exceptional pricing. Before going ahead with the build, I was invited to sit down for a consultation with Jitu to further customise the inclusions and ensure I was 100% happy with the choices.

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE FOR COMPUTER UPGRADES!

My computer started having problems with the water pump so I contacted these guys as they are relatively close to me to help with a fix. I spoke to a jitu shah he seemed nice at first and I brought in my computer the next day, they had it for a day and a half and in that time I was contacted twice to do upgrades I was open to the idea and soon he had installed a new processor and motherboard he contacted me again to say that he had a graphics card lined up a 1660Super TUF and I was told that it was five times better than my current Asus RogStrix Gtx 1080, myself being not super tech savvy I didn't know that he was lieing, this cost me 400 dollars, after I got the computer back my friends alerted me that I had infact downgraded graphics card majorly and I was shocked i called up Jitu who was very rude over the phone and told me to do benchmarks myself and that he had built hundreds of PC's and he knew better, so I did and i reinstalled my old gtx 1080 myself and completed some simple benchmark tests. They ended up being much better with my old graphics card so I went back in for a refund which I got for the graphics card however I asked him why he lied to me and he refused to admit any fault or lies and went on an argumentative spree to call me a scammer and how I was somehow after money.

Overall if anyone decides to go here be careful dealing with Jitu he's very shady and untrustworthy, the other guys in the shop seemed nice and were helpful though nothing against them.

Brought in a pc that wouldn't display an image on the screen. Initially, it looked like the issue was resolved, but after a day the issue returned.

When I mentioned the repeating issue to them, they took the computer in and re-tested the machine free of charge. After cleaning the water cooling and reapplying thermal paste to the cpu, they ran the pc over a week to make sure no issues persisted.

Unfortunately, the issue still did persist, but the great acceptance to take on my issue. With no further charges was above and beyond.

My Toshiba laptop was showing its age and took forever to start up.
The guys at Reliable Computers Sutherland suggested ways to update it with extra ram and a SSD drive. They did their magic and the laptop is like new and has saved me money buy not having to buy a new laptop.

If i could rate them higher than 5 i would.
They were super efficient and helpful.they had my computer back to me before other companies had even returned my call.

Had a hard drive that that had practically stopped running, I could not even clone it as it would have taken days.

install a SSD hard drive retrieve all-my data plus extra memory for a very reasonable price.
Dropped my IMac off off on Friday it was ready Saturday afternoon.
Very impressed, I highly reccomend using his services.
