Release Wellness Centre

Went in for a treatment as part of a detox program last week as we couldn't find anywhere close by with appointments available over the weekend.

Definitely worth the drive out. Cass was great and I have rebooked the remainder of the therapies here.

Had my first colonic here last week. Cass was a gem and talked to me throughout the treatment to ensure that things were ok. I felt comfortable throughout the process and could feel a difference once the treatment was over.

Will definitely be back!

I had my first colonic here, went in very nervous and shy though was quickly put at ease by therapist Nicole. She was so kind and gentle, verbally and physically. The process was easier and much more relaxed than I anticipated and the results were incredible. My body feels renewed; my tummy feels comfortable and for once I don’t have any bloating. More than anything I am surprised by the mental clarity and energy I feel. I had read that that happens for some people however I thought it might be related to feeling physically well - but I genuinely feel like a new woman ha! Highly, highly recommend. Thanks Nicole:)

Hi there I saw Domenica for the first time on Friday for a colonic and wow it was such a great experience. I have had quite a few colonics before but this was maybe the best colonic experience I’ve ever had! She was so in-depth she did a great abdominal massage on my stomach and just was really passionate and focused. She also has great energy and is lovely to talk to. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her and was so happy with the result I felt like I was on cloud nine afterward. I will be seeing her for my colonics from now on!

I went to my first colonics session & prior to the appointment I was nervous and unsure after reading random things on the internet. HONESTLY, I'm not sure why I did not go earlier, SPECIFICALLY to Release Wellness (The technique they use is different to other clinics). I booked in with Leanne, who is the most magical human being I have ever met! She is so knowledgeable and her energy just radiates light. She made me feel super comfortable & explained everything & answered every one of my questions. I felt so clear headed and light immediately after my session, it was crazy how much brain fog there was. First time having a colonic and it was a great experience! I had just suffered from food poisoning and was feeling very bloated and unwell. Leanne made me feel at ease, took the time to listen and was very professional. I left feeling relaxed, relieved and rejuvinated! The days post treatment I had less bloating and was more regular. I’ve had Colonics in the past & felt not quite right, not understanding when I hear other people say they feel “amazing “. Well, after visiting here, I now understand what “amazing “ feels like. This is a very gentle technique.
The Therapists explain fully their treatment & are with you throughout the process, It’s a totally different approach to many other places.
I’ve since recommended their Centre & will be rebooking in the very near future.

Hands down The best colonic I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a few places and nothing compares to the method used at release wellness & the therapist Domenica is amazing at what she does.
I’ve had 3 treatments close together & I honestly feel like a new person. As some one who was going through a lot of stress, inflammation, hormonal imbalances & gut issues - this has been my favourite part of the journey. My gut is finally healing I feel so more relaxed. My eyes are clearer & so is my skin! I hope this stays around forever as I would love to come monthly for the rest of my life. This has been life changing!

I have been attending Release Wellness Centre for over 10 years. The whole team are amazing and make the whole experience pleasant. Plus you leave feeling like you’re floating on cloud 9.

Extremely friendly and professional staff from receptionist to therapist. The whole procedure was explained before commencement in a open face to face conversation.

The procedure itself was not painful or uncomfortable and Billa keep conversing with me the whole time which was reassuring and informative.

My results were amazing and I felt energetic and alert immediately. In fact I woke up the next day and got stuck into housework and the gym! Not even remotely tired which is very unusual for me.
I’m back again next week and can’t wait!

This is the first time I went to Release wellness centre for colonic and it was amazing. Billa made me feel comfortable. She was very warm and welcoming and it was good to learn about healthy food and practices from her. The colon hydrotherapy process was smooth and way better than I expected. So many words and so little space

This place, the method (woods gravity) and it’s people (Leanne and her team - Ella, Radmila….) have been life changing.

Disease (death) really does begin in the gut and this therapy releases the toxic feacal matter (sickness) from you.

I leave after every session with such a profound impact on my body, mind and spirit. I feel lighter, clearer and happier.

If I’m unwell, like runny nose or cough or mucus, it usually subsides within a few days.

I want to keep writing but don’t want to write a book

The last thing I’ll say, is that I find the impact the session has on me, is also relative to the lifestyle I’ve been living around the sessions. The more intentional and conscious I’ve been living, the greater the release and the greater the impact
