Joining Kinga’s Family constellation was unreal. She is a big professional and she knows exactly how to set up everything during the event in order for everyone to gain as much perspective as possible. I recently joined Kinga’s Family constellation and I can’t express enough how amazing it was. I was very nervous about doing it but as soon as I got there the place was warm and inviting and Kinga was super professional.

Doing this type of therapy was a powerful and eye-opening approach to understand the dynamics within my family. I gained insight into patterns of behavior, emotions, and beliefs that were contributing to conflicts and challenges within my family and myself. This in itself was healing and transformative.

Family constellations is the fastest and the best therapy I know about. Most of the time we repeat certain programs, behaviors or patterns for so long without being able to recognize them, therefore we can’t change them.

The Classic therapy takes so much time before getting to the core of the problems. That’s why Family Constellations are the winner for me as it will show you straight away what is holding you back in life. Also Kinga is awesome to help you to go through it.

I’ve been trying therapy with psychologists for quite a while, but I felt like it wasn’t giving me the results I was looking for. I reached out to Kinga thanks to my friend. I have been to a sacred healing women circle many times and I could say that Kinga runs the workshop really well. With her soft voice, she guides the meditation that is easy to follow. Each and everytime I went to the sessions I had different profound experiences. Each of them have a message for me to heed. I can attest that I got to know myself better at a deeper level.

I went into one of Kinga's workshops with an open mind about alternative therapies but not without a healthy amount of reserved skepticisim. To say the workshop exceeded my expectations would be a gross understatement. The family constellations experiece has been one of the most fascinating experiences of my life. As a therapist, I would liken the therapeutic after effect of the experience -to a certain extent- to an assisted psychedelic therapy session or EMDR therapy or Somatic trauma therapy or simply an intense vagual toning workout.

It is safe to say that it forever changed my mind about certain things, such as family dynamics and the significance that space and distance affect the way we feel torwards the people around us. Kinga herself is probably one of the most experienced mediators in this healing modality here in Sydney today. Her ability to handle the intensity of the experience and the raw emotional charge of the entire group was second to none. In short, if you are looking to heal certain psychic wounds, if you would like to uproot some mental patterns or at least see them play out from the surreal vantage point of the observer, and/or if you simply fancy explorining the complexity of our collective physical and emotional bodies and the different factors that affect them, then do yourself a favor and give yourself that experience at least once and then decide what to do with it.

Kinga has a way of creating a safe and beautiful space for her workshops and retreats where it's easy to be vulnerable and share with the other women.
She has a deep and innate wisdom which she shares in order to help women to have what they’re heart of hearts desires. She knows various modalities and knows exactly what to use for you.
