I can’t recommend Freddie more highly! I sought Freddie out I initially for stress and anxiety and was hesitant to talk to a therapist in the first place. But as soon as I met Freddie, I immediately felt calm and relaxed in his presence and was able to work with him over a number of sessions which have greatly improved my life. Now I see him once every few months to check in and it’s the best thing I’ve done. If you want a kind and empathetic therapist- he’s your guy! Thanks Freddie!
