Waste of time, no need to come. They only want to sell their products, do not care about clients needs.

Left with a Tindall effect (bluish effect) when the filler is not deep enough and permanent bruising (iron staining) under my eyes after getting filler there 4years ago.
The injector was not comfortable to this treatment, seemed nervous and inexperienced.
I was told by a Cosmetic Surgeon who I seek advice from to correct the Damage after being treated horribly when I nofity Dr Cussell.
He told me it was there before the treatment and its just a blue vein. But No photos were ever taken, not even at 2week review when I two black eyes and was so Traumatised still had to go to work and told to take time off till I recover. I ended resigning out of embarrassment and humiliation,
I was a regular client and to be treated this way was disappointing.

NEVER AGAIN will I set foot into this clinic. Dr. Cussell is so rude, so dismissive. He said oh you've previously had acne. I have NEVER had acne in my life.

Then he said let's remove all that makeup and i'm like i don't have any makeup on. Not even tinted moisturiser.

He then proceeded to highlight everything wrong with my face. Upsell upsell upsell only to get a suboptimal result.

Overall the clinic is unprofessional, rude, dismissive, no regard for time, overpriced. NEVER AGAIN.

Ladies at reception are lovely, however my assigned dr, Dr Cussell didn’t really listen to my requests, and just did what he thought I needed. My gummy smile Botox wayyyyy over corrected and I can barely smile properly now, and my top lip folds up anytime I try to smile. My nose filler has made underneath the tip of my nose (between my nostrils) really full and weird, see my attached photos for my new scary side profile.

I done Ultraformer with Maria, she is really good. Chinese consultant Elaine she is very professional and very friendly! If you have any questions you can inquire her.

Excellent facial experience with Maria! She’s always professional and considerate. Strongly recommend for everyone. The consultant girl Elaine provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. She’s sooooo patient and careful. I am soooo glad to meet her. Definitely will see you ladies again.

Elaine is super nice friendly and respectful. When other staff are confused, she remained clear headed and very solution oriented. Even tho it was quite confusing at beginning but she helped out in the end and my friend and I were happy with the purchase of the prepaid program!

*just an update: I received a call from someone from the clinic, they wanted to check on me if I feel better now, although there’s not much to do here but still good thing they cared for me and my review, hope this doesn’t happen to anyone, cheers*

So before writing this review, i gave myself some time to make sure I’m not saying something just because I’m angry.
Had an appointment for a consultation about fat freezing. Everything was fine and a lady named Maria invited me to a room for consultation.
While she was examining my abdominal area for fat freezing and after throughout the whole consultation session, she used the word “large” to refer to different parts of my body, statements like your belly is very large, your arms are very large, your body is very large. I understand that she had a point that this treatment is not a weight loss solution and I will end up coming for many sessions and the results are gonna be very slow, it’s better to loose some weight first and then try this treatment. That is all correct.
But seriously, has anyone trained these people how to do a consultation? People who go for these kinda treatments they are probably already insecure about some parts of their body, they don’t need someone sitting there and using words like large to refer to their insecure parts, do they train people how to treat these insecurities? ! I would totally get her point even without her body shaming me like that!
She could be just a rude person or just didn’t know what she’s doing, either way it proves this clinical doesn’t have high standards and doesn’t care much to train consultants, who are the first step of introducing the clinic to clients, in a way that their language doesn’t make people upset about their bodies.
Might have few extra pounds but definitely no tolerance for this kinda unprofessional attitude.

Robyn & Garry and their team are the best there is! I always feel comfortable talking to Robyn about what I like and she always gets it spot on! They know their products and will only ever recommend the best treatments for your skin. Highly recommend a visit!

They were sooo into exact timeslot for the consultation - "we don't do walks in.we need to give you specific time to come" - once I'm there, waited 15 mins and had to leave as have had another appointment and didn't want to be late because of them.and who knew how long I would have waited.don't bother

After several years of great experiences here, I've sadly had my last visit.

Flashback.my availability was limited and my usual clinician was not available so I booked in to see another person. On the day, they suggested something in addition to what I usually do. Trusting their expertise, I agreed. A few days later, as I was expecting my subtle but effective results to kick in as normal, I was dismayed when I started losing control of my eyebrows and eyelids. They just felt heavier and heavier.this had never happened before. My eyes are fairly hooded anyway (it's a conscious effort to look open-eyed at the best of times) and I was left with no way at all to lift my brows. I had to pull up my eyelids with one hand to do makeup and had to come up with a completely new makeup technique to look even close to normal. I looked horrendous, expressionless.my lashes were completely hidden. People asked if I was OK, thinking I wasn't well. Out of desperation, to try to give my eyes some definition, I got eyelash extensions for the first time (expensive). Didn't help.

I did contact the clinic straight away about my concerns and it was suggested I come back for a review. (To be fair, I was offered an appointment promptly the very next day. And at every other appointment I've had, it's been suggested that follow-ups are available and advisable. This is good.) I asked to see my usual trusted person for this urgent review but was told I must see the person who actually performed the treatment. I really didn't want to do this but agreed. As it turned out, urgent work issues arose so I had to cancel. By this stage the eye situation had worsened to the point where I didn't want to leave the house anyway. So I didn't call again.

I paid about 30% more for this extra treatment on top of what I usually pay. On top of everything, I had to fly interstate soon afterwards for important family occasions (this was just before coronavirus). I had to see people I hadn't seen for years and years, feeling totally embarrassed.

This has been a crazy year for everyone, of course. But all along I hoped that someone at the clinic might think to follow up. They knew very well at the time I was upset and worried. They have the customer email systems to keep track of people and which would certainly show when a regular client stopped coming. I've had personal follow-ups before. I guess when it had been determined there was a chance to up-sell. But this time, nothing. It should also be noted that the promotional emails continued to roll in, and still do.

It took four months for my frozen eyes situation to resolve. I was probably the only person in the world who was massively relieved to go into lockdown.

I had a really but experience with Dr Maryam. I will not recommend this place at all. The lady and the doctor were more pleasant to deal with but unhappy with the service and the arrogance of Dr Maryam.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable clinic. Everyone from the consultants to reception offer great help and advice which makes the process extremely easy and calming.

Highly recommend this place and special thanks to Anna! Very lovely professional team, amazing products and treatments with great results. I've been struggling for years to find skincare & treatments that works and everything Anna recommended does magic to my skin. Looking forward to my next visit!

I highly recommend this place! I have had nothing but great results and good experiences here while I have trusted them with all my injectables. The most refreshing thing is that they don't over sell! They are completely honest if they think you don't need it, and they would rather do things gradually instead of all at once to get a much more natural look. The girls at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable on the extensive range of good quality products they sell. And yes they work!

A real mixed bag here.had a poor experience with the call centre - dont be 10 mins late they will tell you to not come in and that the doctor wont be able to see you EVER AGAIN. An unnamed doctor in Chatswood I also found to not be gentle and therefore had to call for an ambulance. No apology and to top it off they called the next morning to take payment for their average treatment. David is very professional however I found him very careful.just a few others are letting the business down.

After multiple bad experiences with other clinics, finally found the Dr who I can trust. Dr. Maryam Ronagh is a true professional and has great work ethics. I highly recommend her and the clinic.

Doctor Maryam is the best! She takes the time to explain everything in detail and I now won’t go anywhere else for my Botox injections. Great customer service all round. Would highly recommend Rejuvenation clinics, better then anywhere else I’ve been.
