I was fortunate to commence working with Arjuna, at A Healing Intention, 7+ months ago.

I knew I’d landed with the right person, when we initially spoke on the phone, to book my first consultation. Arjuna then thoughtfully provided comprehensive guidance on how to prepare and maximise our first appointment. This demonstrated a commitment to personalised care & genuine service.

My journey with Arjuna has been quite an eye opening experience. Being familiar with Reiki healing i knew what to expect, but what sets Arjuna’s approach apart is the extensive wealth of knowledge she seamlessly integrates through a holistic approach. Encompassing Reiki, nutrition, lifestyle adjustments and mindfulness practices, all working in tandem. She delicately highlights areas that need alignment and improvement. Plus what i find so beneficial is the practical guidance that I can apply after the sessions, that not only help in navigating through the days and understanding the next step, but also help with the overall healing process. I have had 3 sessions with Arjuna so far and I feel like I have this newfound lightness, alignment and increased awareness. I would absolutely recommend Arjuna without reservation. She is warm, invested in every session and has such a calming presence.

With very little experience of Reiki, I was drawn to pursue a treatment with Arjuna after a very stressful year. Arjuna’s warmth and genuine nature made me immediately comfortable. From the moment the treatment started, I could feel the frenetic energy throughout my body; the stress and busyness of an overwhelming year so evident, and after just moments, the very noticeable calming of that energy. I left this treatment feeling like I’d had both a nurturing massage and a cup of tea and download with a beautiful friend. It was nothing short of incredible and I cannot wait till next time. Reiki is a wonderful experience which complements my energy work in tui shou, tai chi and qigong. I have had 3 sessions and each one was completely relaxing and enjoyable but also a different experience each time. Reiki was something I was completely new to and wasn’t sure of how it could help, but now I really don’t think I could have processed what I was going through without it. Arjuna has the most calm and understanding presence - she’s professional but truthful and I owe a lot of my progress to her and her helpful insights into what was going on inside. I couldn’t recommend Arjuna and her practise enough - it’s something quite special.

Arjuna has been helping me with my stress and anxiety. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The Reiki is relaxing and you feel fresh and calm after every session. Arjuna has also written me a program with sooo much helpful information about foods to eat and the right supplements for me, good books to read. I can feel my body and mood and the way I think changing a little bit everyday. She is very good and really nice.

There are no coincidence in life. The universe allows you to meet special people at different moments in your life. Arjuna is one. You don’t have to have a tragic story to see and experience the Earthly magic of Arjuna.

I’ve seen Arjuna three times now, and each time I leave, I feel lighter, brighter, a new sense of positivity and above all a smile on my face. She is another valuable piece to my puzzle that I call “life”.

I knew in my heart and mind that I needed balance and stability. Arjuna has a wealth of knowledge in well being, energy healing, natural sources of energy, inspirational notions and most of all she is so friendly. It certainly feels like I’ve know Arjuna for longer.

My reiki experiences have been a positive experience and that’s all I can really ask for. Balance. Stability. Positivity.

I have been seeing Arjuna for a few weeks now and I have felt a noticeable change already. I feel lighter and able to deal with stressful situations a lot easier. My energy levels have improved and I seem to be sleeping a lot better. I have ulcerative colitis/Crohn’s disease and my symptoms have even started to ease. I urge anyone with any past trauma or anyone just feeling low to try a reiki session with Arjuna, she is so welcoming and friendly, her energy and calm voice make you feel safe and relaxed in her sessions.
