I am suffering from spinal stenosis and was treated by a previous Physio for a few times.
Since there was no progress I started seeking other Physios proper for me and have found Rehab Solutions specifically Alex introduced by a friend of mine. He not only listened as to my symptoms but also examined muscles around concerned areas thoroughly which was different to the way previous Physio performed.
He treated me accordingly and taught me exercises I need to have for my daily life.
Given that treatment and exercises, I am feeling much better in terms of pain and walking condition.
I really appreciate Alex as well as Rehab Solutions.

I am actually disgusted with this clinic. With Fairfield being a current HOT SPOT this clinic called my 86 year old mother to confirm a 'podiatry appointment' Honestly, if this was any of their parents, would they be encouraging them to come to Fairfield at the height of a Health Crisis? Seriously, when does common sense prevail when the government is asking people to remain home to keep safe and only leave for an emergency! This is NOT good enough and saying you are calling because it is the patience choice is the poorest excuse to generate business for yourself. Health care professionals, really?

Appointment was punctual and the reception was courteous.
Very impressed with the Physiotherapist’s (Alex) ability to determine my source of knee problem.
The treatments were effective, in particular the dry needling. (I had been to 2 other Physio places elsewhere without success).

I am a dentist and my hands are critical for my career. When I started developing pins and needles in my dominant hand I needed the best possible team to ensure my return to full function. Alex was the physio who helped finalise the diagnosis, prescribed treatment (where I felt immediate relief) and organised for a splint to help stabilise the recovery position of my wrist. He followed up on a regular basis and I’m happy to say I’ve made a recovery. I’m grateful I found him and I have no hesitation in recommending him and the team he has built to anyone.
