Very disappointed how they handle the Lucas Pawpaw Ointment recall lately. One staff saying they have NEVER ordered the affected batch of ointments, based on the fact that stocks currently on the shelf have 'shorter expiry date' than the recall ointments (we literally bought one from them just didn't keep the receipt). Another staff said NO RECEIPT=NO REFUND/EXCHANGE. Contacted Lucas Pawpaw mother company, they said 'Pharmacies shouldn't be asking for prove of purchase" & express posted me a new ointment jar + a small bonus tube next day!
