Had a golf ball sized dent in the bonnet of my 2022 Toyota Kluger. I visit the shop to get a quick quote from them and the receptionist tells me that they only take bookings for quotes (didn't even look busy), she then says she'll go and check with the bloke who does the quotes to see if he can come out now. Comes back and says nah he's busy. I book in for the following week at 11am. I get there and she says the bloke is in a meeting however she'll let him know. (how precious is this bloke)
I wait another 20mins and I ask another guy downstairs why its taking this person so long? He heads upstairs and finally this Elvis looking douche bag comes down. Starts looking at the job, turns his nose up at it and says I need to contact another business to get it done. Tries to fob me off to some other mobile business.
Terrible service from start to finish. I can only imagine how bad they'd be if you actually put your car in to get fixed!

I had my Volvo C30 repaired at Regatta Motor Body Repairs and have never been happier with the service, quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail from the entire team at Regatta. My car was repaired at the highest standard so that body is flawless and returned to me detailed and two weeks early! I never thought I would be raving about a Body Repair Shop, but when it becomes art, well, raving ensues.

Not so happy, wait over 2 months after the 1st inspections to fix my car.
They also forgot the fix the wheel

Same review for Combined Towing. Our vehicle was parked when hit by a drunk driver. Was to be towed by Combined to regatta for repairs. When I called the next day it had disappeared and no one knew where it was. Not coles (insurance), regatta or combined. Combined said it was taken to regatta and sent away, regatta says it never arrived based on they had no photos of it in their system. There are was no detail of the damage as Coles operator Craig didn't add anything we told him indepthly. Combined say they have tracking it stopped at Regatta for a period of time, some minutes, before leaving. Regatta says it didn't happen. Regatta says no one saw it and bloke on doesn't have authority to wave it on. Combined said they saw a young bloke. Regatta says he says no didn't happen. Now Paul the assessor at pickles, where I personally tracked it down to as no one could tell me where it went, advised me a repair date was entered in the system by regatta of 3 weeks which is odd given they apparently hadn't seen the vehicle, had no photos or damage description. Regatta now tells me this was an estimate (with close to no info). I have no idea who is lieing but one of these places most definitely is. Stupid as well.it's as simple as making a phone call to us when this event was ongoing. Poor customer service. Left a very sour taste after this experience from these 2 businesses.

From start to finish, Kylie assisted me with my issues promptly and professionally. I had previously engaged Motorserve, but their service is worlds apart compared to Regatta Motor Body Repairs. Kylie would make promises and actually deliver, follow-up, and help me organise taxi for car drop-offs and pickup. Everything about Regatta Motor Body Repairs was beyond my expectations. Repair was done very well and is just like new!

Bought a vw golf from Brett the owner which has given me nothing but headaches the services were carried out by regatta and not done correctly, the incorrect car battery was fitted, the rear bumper colour is off, the splash guard under the car is missing, the injectors were in need of repair, there is a oil leak, the list is just endless. I have been ignored completely. I am very shocked that someone who ones a car repair business can do this to someone!

My car needed bumper repairs due to an accident and Regatta was the preferred repairer through my insurer (NRMA). The quality of work was exceptional - they went above and beyond and fixed the entire bumper even though only one side had been damaged. The front office staff were lovely and organised a hire car replacement. The car was detailed and cleaned to an immaculate standard. Highly recommend!

These guys really looked after my car. I have a VW and I didn’t want to send it anywhere. They got me to come in with a day or so, organised a hire car and my car was ready within 6 days. Thank you!

Brett and his team were great. Very helpful with advice on options for repair, and extremely thorough with the job. They helped me wade through insurance claim tangle expertly. I ended ups with a superb result.

Best service that I have ever experienced from a smash repair company. Their service and professionalism was excellent. They went above and beyond to fix my car in a timely and extremely efficient manner. The quality of repairs to my Audi SQ5 was of the highest standard.

I am in my 50's and have seen my fair share of smash repairers. Regatta is the first repairer that I have experienced that cares about your car as though its their own. Our car was returned on time and in a condition that looked like it had just come out of a showroom. Not only that, their team are really nice and helpful. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
Please note our car is 2019 VW Tiguan RLine and they treated it like it was a Rolls Royce.

Fantastic service. Regatta was my choice of repairer for my VW, the repair was done flawlessly and my car looks sensational. The colour matching is excellent, it is clear that the shop has modern equipment and skilled tradesmen. The full wash and detail was a great finishing touch. Highly recommended.

Very professional team did a great job on my rear bumper on my GTI, went above and beyond and did a perfect job on the paint, and even fixed some other marks too. Car came back spotless and they even washed it inside and out including a vacuum.

After having my vehicle at another repairer for 2.5 weeks, it was sent to Regatta. Same Day I got a call saying parts were in stock and repair ETA. Less than 2 days later I had my car back with repair complete and even a couple of scratches buffed out. Very professional service - highly recommend to anyone wanting prompt and professional repairs.
