2Went to Bunnings 3 times looking for a plumbing part, talked to at least 4 different workers, none of them asked any questions about the set-up or issue and generally didn't seem to care. 1 trip to see these guys I got friendly service and people who were genuinely interested in getting me the right part. Save yourselves some time and money and go straight to Reece Plumbing
We selected the fitting we want online and went in the Minchinbury store to order it. Was not in stock in this particular store but we were told that it will take 1 week to get it delivered and somebody will call us on "next week Wednesday". We paid and booked the plumber in 10 days time. Not only we did not receive a call from them, but when we went there nobody knew about our fitting. Because the plumber was coming the next morning we had to drive in a rush all the way to Reece Gladsville in top 4 pm traffic to pick it up as was the only one available.
We are very upset about this and frustrated as to why they did not say from 10 days ago that we need to go to another store.
You can understand from my tone of this review how I feel of Reece Minchinbury at the moment. They really need to improve communication. We are busy people, single parents etc. A bit of consideration.
