Reece Plumbing, Irrigation & Pools

Just went to Reece Irrigation at Waterloo for my daughter. First up I was over charged for 4 items @ a cost of $95. Then I went back in to question the price of sprayers @ $21.64, as my daughter had purchased the same sprayers elsewhere @ $12.50.
They wouldn't price match, so I wanted to return them. The assistant then offered to take $5 off each one which came to another refund of $58. What an absolute rip off this place is. Shop around before going to Reece. I will never be back

Tom and the team at Reece Waterloo are absolutely amazing. Always available to help with any bathroom and plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have not used Reece Plumbing but if all their staff are as inconsiderate as this I don't think I ever will.

Don’t park here. They will lock your car in, there’s no procedure for the car to come out.and they do this to customers who are visiting their showroom! Unbelievably poor customer service and unbelievably unhelpful.

Had a broken flush, the staff contacted all the suppliers and found the replacement part that cost only $15. Otherwise would have been a $900 replacement. Really appreciate their help.

I have purchased toilet stool here, it was even a greater value for money compare with Bunnings' products. The sales rep was friendly and helpful
The delivery was slower than what was promised though

Ludicrous set up (you have to ask staff for each item) but they sell everything and will also explain why whatever your about to do is almost certainly better done by an actual plumber.
