Today my car had a flat tyre and I was in urgent need of assistance. My car was parked around the corner from Reece Plumbing Glebe. I approached an employee, a man of mature age named Anthony asking if he could change my trye as I didn't know how to.
Without any hesitation Anthony went out of his way to assist and changed my trye. He was very friendly and even declined a monetary thank you. If Anthony's kind heart and lovely service is a reflection of his work ethics and the team at Reece, then I highly recommend Reece Plumbing to all. All the guys were friendly and helpful. A big thank you from Nicole.
Went to get a part which they didn't have in Glebe. They told that an other Reece 30min drive away has it in stock. It didn't. Glebe branch didn't "remember" me visiting them. Bad service. Waste of my time.
It would be nice that if while you were standing there waiting the counter staff at least acknowledged you just to let you know they will be with you as soon as they were clear of their little BS chit chat they were having.
