Recently had ACL surgery and the rehabilitation expertise and services offered by Redfern Physiotherapy is outstanding.

I have also previously used their services for other long term injuries and they have been able to pin point with accuracy the issue and rehabilitation of it, where other physios simply couldn’t.

The premises are brand new and the rehabilitation room is second to none, supporting you getting back to 100% in no time.

They say you can’t buy experience. In a clear endorsement of their capabilities, Eddie and Steve’s have supported Souths Rugby League NRL club for several years and they share these expertise with all their clientele.

Depending on your luck and their ongoing professionalism, you too may receive an email of their management duo with back and forth remarks on you being 'weird', 'a punish' and needing to be 'palmed off' to a different physio. More fool me for being a patient for many years - because as far as the actual treating physios go, I have no complaints.

Arrived in Sydney at 9am on a cruise ship. I had hurt my lower back the day before. Redfern Physiotherpy found me an appointment and within three days of treatment by John. I was moving again and pain free. Sent me off with easy exercises to ensure my back remains well.and I flew out on the fourth day to spend and active time with my grandchildren. I recommend John and the company very highly. Without them my travel plans would have been ruined. Thank you to John a wonderful physio!

I had a good diagnosis with ankle strain recovery and was provided good remedial massage and range of of band exercises and stability boards - the gym is very well equipped. Didn't find the patient manner the best, quite brusque and dismissive, charged me on second visit same as 'first visit', because I hadn't explained problem, which was a little unfair, explained exactly site and diagnosis just felt physio was impatient. Wasn't notified of this at time, just at time of payment that I needed to pay full price. So felt a little hard done by, but good facility.

A sports medicine practice with soul. Friendly team who know their stuff and have a great sense of humour. Excellent gym facilities for rehab. Great playlist.

I had a massage with Danielle Klimis. I mostly chose this physio centre as they claim to be 'elite health professionals, available to help you achieve all your health goals. Multidisciplinary practice allows a holistic approach to treatment and health management'. But I have to say that I was disappointed.

Started 5-10mn late and finished 10mn before time. So, paid for 1h10, instead of 1h30 - $130. The massage was just ok, she didn't focus much on body parts mentioned and the pain increased after my visit.

Furthermore, she didn't asked me much about my injury or the constant shoulder blade problem I have. Didn't receive any advice or recommendation. Not really helpful. I was expecting a bit more from physio - sport medicine centre who says having 'ability to assist people with their injuries - doesn’t just treat the pain, they educate you'.

Well, if you're injured/have constant pain and look for great therapist support - 90mn of massage there is not worth it at all.

A friendly and welcoming environment, and a great gym area that makes my rehab exercises a little bit easier because you can use it outside of your appointment time. Thanks to Steve and the staff at Redfern Physio and Sports Medicine I can work a full day at work without getting headaches or neck pain

A great clinic with highly skilled professional staff. Eddie found the root cause of a long standing issue, many Physio's over the years have treated my injury but never delved into the cause of it. I am now running freely for the first time in years, thank you.

It is tough finding great medical professionals when you move to a new area. I saw Andrew for help with a recurring shoulder/nerve complaint. He effectively identified the root cause, delivered a solid remedial massage, checked my form for key exercises in my gym routine (providing some valuable tips), and suggested a number of new movements and stretches. Very happy with the service. Booking was straightforward. Next appointment already arranged.

Steve is an excellent physiotherapist. He has been treating and managing many of my injuries over the years, from back pain, elbow pain, wrist pain and headaches. He helps keep me active and gets me back to doing the things I love to do. His clinical skills, knowledge and ability to diagnosis are outstanding. If you're looking for a great physio, look no further! Ask for Steve!
