I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone and would make sure anyone I know, who is looking for electrical work to be done DO NOT use Reddys.
I had good service in the first instance, with making a booking and getting pricing. I only needed 2x 3in1 lights installed in my two bathrooms.
They came out as arranged. However within 24 hours of the lights being installed, 1 light stopped working.
I tried to make contact with them, as I had done prior to installation, but to no avail. I tried and tried and tried for days and day. No response. Left messages/voicemails. No call back. I was so frustrated. Eventually my husband and I went into the store to speak to them directly, and we were met with them taking no responsibility, a lot of excuses and quite frankly terrible customer service. Evidently once they get your money, they want nothing to do with you anymore. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business, when they operate like this.
