I recently used these guys to move the contents of a 1 bedroom unit into a storage unit. I was incredibly impressed with Red Fox removals. Their customer service beats any other removal company I have ever used by a mile. They are very responsive and use apps and technology to make the whole process easier for everyone. I would not hesitate to recommend them and already am to many people in my block. They were diligent and hard-working with a lovely attitude. 5 stars When it’s time to take my items out of storage it’s good to know that I do not need to do research. It will be Red Fox Removals end of story.

Recently used them for house move and Carlos and team were great, friendly, punctual and hassle free.
They did all assembling and dismantling properly and took great care of all stuff.
Highly recommend them.

The moving guys were spectacular. Hats off to them at how hard they worked! Hope they get paid well.
Very disappointed with the owner, quoting me a certain price for piano removal (same as another company) then when arriving at our place, and realising my husband was overseas, saying it was $5 per stair ie an extra $80. He was trying to strong-arm me into accepting the offer. Most unfortunate interaction. Afterwards I think he told his guys to draw out the move to get every penny out of us that he could. A 2 bed apartment took 8,5 hours - only 2 people - not that much stuff!

Carlos runs a very professional outfit. His trucks are well maintained and he spends a fair dollar to keep the ongoing image of the REDFOX trucks. They are always clean and one can eat out of the floors of his trucks. He never short changes maintenance or repairs thats required to enable his trucks remain in tip top condition. This tells me that his removal service follows his image. He also pays his bills on time. I work at ALL TRUCK MECHANICS who maintain his trucks and know this first hand.

I highly recommend this company. They are professional, do the job fast with so much care of your belongs. I am 100% happy!
