The coaching is world class - Tavis has a huge amount of knowledge regarding injuries, training, and how to get the best out of people. As a result of his diligence, intelligence, and patience in preparing my rehab and training plans, I am now doing things I never could before.
The variance in the workouts means no 2 days are the same in the week - there is variety on top of movements to challenge you. Tavis provides intelligence in programming - ensuring that you are best placed to achieve optimal growth and adaptability in strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness for your level, your targets, and what you want to get out of it.
Beyond all the fitness and workout stuff though, the community here is THE BEST! Everyone is so kind, supportive, friendly, inspiring, super amazing… honestly, the Red City family is the best family I’ve ever been a part of.
