This school has a very tough training regime, and every student is expected to find strengths they didn't know they had. If you stick with Sifu Rick you will know how to fight effectively. There are no excuses made for age and several of us punched through to our black belts in our mid-50's. The training here is like Grange Hermitage: once you've tasted it, you'll know the others are inferior.

Have been a member for a year and a half. Am continually amazed by the camaraderie, passion, and skill demonstrated by students and instructors alike. Sifu Spain walks the walk and is an inspiration to us all.

Best fitness & nutrition regime I have come across with the Spartan Course. Friendly for men and women doing martial arts. Sifu Rick Spain keeps it respectful on the mat and there is a great spirit in the school. No matter what level you are at I would recommend Red Boat Kung Fu. You will never look back.
