They don't look around injured person needs, what they look around is to cover Insurance company.

I can't remember the guys name but he was rude, pushy and just cold towards anything that I said. Manners and being polite doesn't cost anything so I don't know why it was so hard for this guy. He was also rushing me, like he was wanting to go for his lunch break. Never again.
