I went today to pick up a click-collect online purchase, and the lady was not friendly at all, with not a single smile, she seemed not even want to work. Very bad experience in that store. I think if you don't like your job you should do something else. I hope she changes her attitude!

Very poor amount of stock and customer service. My husband and I went in on Sunday afternoon looking to purchase a pair of adult outdoor football boots to find only 6 adult boots to pick from. We picked one and then couldn’t even get our size to try them on ourselves as the one and only sales person in shoes department was more interested in closing the sale with other customer and completely ignored us standing there wanting assistance. We tried to get another staff member to help and found they ignored us too as more interested in chatting to mates. We end up leaving and not buying anything.

I recently visited Rebel Sport in Top Ryde and was impressed with the experience. The store offers a wide range of sporting equipment and clothing, catering to various sports and activities. It was great to see such a diverse selection available, ensuring that customers could find what they needed.

The staff at Rebel Sport were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, one staff member, in particular, stood out. Rochelle, a young Asian girl, provided exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to explain and recommend specific items based on my needs. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she demonstrated excellent upselling skills without being pushy. I appreciated her dedication to ensuring I made the right purchase decisions.

Additionally, the young man in the shoe section was also polite and helpful. He patiently assisted me in finding the right pair of shoes and answered all my questions with a positive attitude.

Overall, Rebel Sport in Top Ryde did a great job in providing a pleasant shopping experience. The extensive range of equipment and clothing, along with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, made my visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for sporting goods.

So I went to Top Ryde cause I had my heart set on a jacket from the Armour brand which wasn’t in stock in my size-M. I walked out with a pair of tracksuit pants and just found them uncomfortable so I returned them a couple days later to exchange them and wondered around the store for at least an hour not being able to find anything I like or my size wasn’t available (lack of stock all round) so the young girl on the floor did her best trying to help but as a trainee she struggled to come up with a solution as I didnt want to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive and the person behind the counter (Eleanor) just showed no interest in helping her, so fed up I chose a jacket I don’t really like. When I got to the register I felt Eleanor was quite rude with her dripping nose and touching everything was a bit of a turnoff. She didn’t say a word to me and didn’t offer anything she offered the other customers and while waiting for her to process my purchase gets on her little mic congratulating the young girl that just made a sale worth a few hundred dollars handing me my item with the hand she had been touching her snotty nose with! I walked out uncomfortable and felt like I upset her cause my purchase was small and I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I won’t be back there or any other Rebel!

I ordered a Garmin Watch online from this store, and they promptly prepared it within one working day. They also texted me to notify when I could pick it up. Upon arriving at the store, I was pleased to find no waiting time for the collection. Although this store is somewhat challenging to locate as it is situated in a corner of the Top Ryde shopping center, I still prefer to order online and utilize the car park space for my shopping needs while conveniently collecting my item from the store.

To be honest I’m am not the best at finding the right basketball shoes but thanks to Zidane he helped me find the right shoes and was kind enough to help me to wear them the right way and give me the steps on how to lock my heels and everything, hope you are having a great day Zidane u r the best ~Artin

Staff just hanging down the back in shoe area chatting not walking around trying to help customers

I stood in the store looking to purchase running shoes and not a single staff member asked if I needed assistance.
So, I walked out and bought shoes at the running store in the same centre.
The store itself is pretty underwhelming

When you can find someone to serve you they are great. No hassles. In but and out within 4 minutes.

Very friendly & super helpful service by the lovely Manager Chelsea. She sorted out my warranty issue with good outcome.

Worst shop experience ever.went for a kids shoe that was advertised, the lady at the counter is quite rude, tried to force me to sign up for a price of which is against their own marketing price.

Pretty good outlet with a good collection of items that you normally look for in a sports store. Not the biggest of them around but it's a decent sized one. The staff there are pretty friendly and helpful as well!

Came here to buy shoes but no one was around to help.there were 2 staff members talking to each other and when approached for help, they didn’t seem too bothered

I would like to share my interesting experience this morning at Top Ryde branch.

I went there at 9.30am to buy my daughters swim suit urgently so waited there for 30mins. The lesson starts at 10.15am so not going lie, I was in a rush.

There was around 7 staff members inside of the store team meeting and finally turned to 10am. They just started to open the door.

I knocked shutter door and the Store manager Wendy made a comment about me to other staff then all staff were laughing at me

There was around 20 people waiting at the door until they open the door and they didn’t have any courtesy to open the door on time.

I understand that the opening hours set as 10am on Sunday, however, the door should be opened by sharp 10am. You don’t just open the door at 10am especially they knew I was waiting for a long time in front of the door.

Wendy showed me her mobile phone, and said It is 10am, we are opening at 10am very aggressively. I told her that the door should be opened by 10am not just opening at 10am. That’s not good enough, look around people here.

She wasn’t wrong but this is lack of customer service and failure follow the company policy for sure.

Wendy said “you don’t tell me how to run my business” I found her very rude and ashamed in front of crowds.

I’ve been visited rebel sports for the last 10 years and it is one of my favourite store that I’m regularly visit and same as my other family members.

This morning, I was extremely disappointed so I left the store, I went another store instead. I do not wish to visit Top Ryde rebel sport ever again.

Had a zero friction exchange of basketball jersey after losing my receipt. Fortunately my purchase was recorded on the REBEL computer (tm) and the exchange happened without loss of dignity.

Moral of this story: get your free membership and save the planet one paper receipt at a time.
