8Brilliant sports store. The only place I'll go to for NBA related gear. The customer service I received getting a LeBron James Lakers jersey was second to none. Highly recommended.
A typical Rebel store with everything you'd expect to find and the staff are very helpful
Please put more experienced staff on the front counter and dont make click and collect a priority. 3 staff on the counter and 1 actually doing some work. Customers waiting in line for a long period of time to be served is not a good look.
New Manager - tall guy, dark hair.take ownership of this as you were one of them.
The service was absolutely abysmal. I was quoted $49 for a product that I was after at the other penrith store after the staff member said that they were out of stock but this store had them. I asked how much. He told me the price of $49. The staff at the mulgoa road store refused to sell me the product at the price I was quoted and then also threatened that they would pull the stock from the floor saying that they would not sell them at all. Of course then as soon as I left they would
Out the stock back out. No decent customer service. No owning mistakes made. No decent people working there.
My experience tells me to never return to this store. There were a minimum of 4 staff hanging around the store who were not doing anything seemingly important (eg-assisting customers) while a small line of customers began to form at the register. The man serving was extremely slow to say the least.
I had only one item to purchase and was super disappointed that nobody else came to serve customers that were waiting to check out seeing as there are 4 tills in the store.
2 stars- simply because they had what I went in for.
Store was a little quiet, but great for us. The staff were fabulous, went back of store looking for an item that was not on shelves. Got everything we wanted in-store. No mucking around store to store. Awesome!
Easy click and collect, straight in and out. The staff were easy to deal with and friendly.
