rebel Liverpool

Bought two shirts from rebel Liverpool shrunk in first wash to such a point they don’t fit me anymore tang them up to get a refund or even replacement but they won’t do either. 80 bucks well wasted. Not recommended at all.

I shop when there are sales available at Rebel and they never disappoint! Good quality products for a decent price

I want to thank Leesa in particular for her help today. She went above and beyond in assisting me today with my 3 boys. I will be definitely coming back to this store and asking for her.

Friendly and helpful staff however there is limited soccer training aids. Just delegated into a corner section. It's not as big and spacious as other rebel stores eg. Hurstville, Bankstown etc.which might explain less stock.

Staff member told me to "go that way" assuming I was going to the check out when I wanted to look at the products behind him.
Staff are also very pushy on sales but dont welcome you into the store or actually talk to you about what you're after.

Most useless workers ever, absolutely disgraceful from the workers. I asked a worker if he had a shoe in stock or if he could check and he just said “Nah I can’t check the website”, I work in retail and I know for a fact that the website availability is never ever accurate. I asked another worker and the exact same thing occurred. The store is dirty, clothes everywhere on the floor, changing rooms have clothes everywhere, hangers on the floor. This shop really needs to train their workers, or even hire new staff, if you look up the definition of incapable in the dictionary it will come up with a photo of rebel Liverpool.

Bought a skipping ropw for $15 aud, then the lady asked if i want to be a member and i said yes, gave me a dicount and only paid $10 aud. Good times!

Workers aren’t doing anything other than looking at you visit the store yesterday after 3: 00o’clok it was my first and last visit to this store.very useless workers

Nothing wrong with the staff or service, but this rebel is tiny, very limited to what they offer.

Workers are always super friendly some help more than others so I try and ask those who always help.

I wanted to share my feedback on the great professional service provided by Shania from the Liverpool store on Sunday 21.08.2022.

I was in need of a few gym clothings and didn't know where to start. Shania was patient and also providing all the options and ideas for me to decide on my purchase. She has great customer service skills and unlike many people, it showed that she was enjoying in what she was doing thus she didn't make me feel that i was wasting her time - as she was working on something else when i approached her.

For a customer, the experience of the shopping is equally if not greater than the quality of the product. The experience got was a positive one. You have a very good and rare company asset I would say.

Great store and staff. Been here a few times to buy NRL gear, staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Great! I got an excellent discount on some reeboks.

And a much-needed stretch-rope-type of cable that helps me stretch a lot of upper back and chest muscles (PTP powertube, is its name).

Everytime ive been to Rebel at Liverpool the staff have always been so kind and helpful. They will actually come up and ask if you need help with something which is great.

Wide varieties of equipments which are required for almost all the sports.nice collections and good deals available for few products.

Really clean store, great prices and deals.

The mature woman working I'm the shoe section was lovely and very helpful!

This rebel is ok, I found the men's clothing section quite small. It's hidden away in the corner of Liverpool mall on the second floor so a little difficult to find if you don't know the mall very well. The store is ok for most other things you may need sporting wise. Staff seem to be nice but not many around if you need a hand with anything.

Very small for a sports store selling clothing equipment and shoes. You would think after all the closures there would be some sort of sales, not rebel. Good store though

You are required at the moment to line up and show vac & check in.
Still the great friendly service.
