I think it just depends on the staff, but I wanted to share this experience.
One of the staff were not helpful at all.
I asked the lady for the price before I buy and she told me this doesn't have any sale price but it had a member sale price when I used the back to school voucher. She told me she mention the total price and you forfeit the balance of that voucher. But she talked really fast and I didn't get it!
I think she could just kindly tell me that I can spend another $10 with this voucher.
The service wasn’t kind and not helping that made me sad.

Thanks to Bianca for helping me to choose a pair of running shoes, she has got great energy

Any business that employs youth for all staff will have service issues, custer service depending on who you get is 1 star or 3 star if lucky, mostly due to care factor and training, the other is due to no senior management monitoring or controlling to make sure customer service is where it should be. Most rebel stores are the same, just watch the parents with kids faces when being served and frustration will kick in.

It feels empty. Take this as a grain of salt but they appear to have everything but own nothing. Very hard to find specific shoe sizes or brand names. Why'd they shrink as well? Their basketballs are pretty bad and their boxing selection of goods is limited. But they still appear massive and abundant in goods. That is some W floorplanning

Tried calling 4 times rang out 3 got hung up 1 could’ve asked to hold at least, really poor customer service considering size of the franchise ‍️.

It has some amazing stuff.truly.but.a decent sales rack or two would not go astray.one that's actually a decent sale price.that's why it's 2 stars.l just can't afford full prices anymore.neither can most.
Was disappointed l cod not pick up a good bargain for Xmas pressies.

Shout out to Blanca and the Eastgardens Rebel team. The 2 times I’ve been there she’s been an absolute legend, very helpful and professional and the team is always trying their best to give a great customer service. You guys gained a returning customer here. Great job!

Well stock shop with lots of different sporting goods sports shoes. Some toys and water gear as well

Safe no surprises does exactly what it says on the label. Most sports catered for. Textbook friendly robotic service from the staff (not as friendly as the wagga wagga staff). My only real gripe is the extremely boring/safe range of training and running shoes
Its like we only want sensible people and school kids to buy our shoes. Live a little put the rebel back in rebel sports.

This shop is a mess. Whether there are a lot of people or very few, their systems don't seem to work and no one seems to know what to do. The most recent instalment was:
After receiving the notification of my click and collect order, (Y-bell) I went in to ask for my click and collect order, and they couldn't find it. After waiting for around 10 minutes, I went down to see if it was on the shelf. The people in the storeroom were just mucking around having a good old time, while the cashiers were busy.
I then checked again, and eventually it was brought out with the marks on the photo. I walked out the store and then walked in, explaining that an item that is new, shouldn't be sold like this. No response, she just got another one. She didn't comment, apologise or anything. Really poor. Rebel probably feels that it is too big to care about things like this, but I'm at the stage where I may not shop there again.

They left the security tag on and I ended up ruining what I bought trying to get it off at home. High traffic store that is poorly staffed.

Good range but can never get size shoe you need. Prices are a bit hefty compared to outlet stores.

Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. The best I have dealt with, especially during lockdown when other companies simply weren't delivering. Adam at the Eastgardens store was so helpful and I'll remain a Rebel customer as a result of his great customer service.

Great sport store, a little bit small though compared to some of the others. Doesn't always have what i came for but it is still great.

There must be new management, it feels not so like last year; or maybe just the covid fear in everyone.

Well organised store and if something isn't on the shelf they will go out the back to look for it or find out when they will get in store

My favourite to go to sports store. Friendly staff and very well stocked sports and recreation apparel and equipment. Ample parking readily available. What more can you ask for a pleasant shopping experience. Get sporty right now!

I am writing to comment on the poor performance of rebels mobile online store. It is frustratingly slow compared to other shopping websites. Pages don't load properly.iPhone 6 user 25mbps.
