Had a difficult return of flippers with a misplaced receipt and it was handled expertly, excellent service, thanks!

I usually enjoy shopping at rebel sport. But this time I had the worst rude and unbelievable customer service here cannot compare to anywhere else!
Had a middle aged manager lady served me with all lies and rudeness! I cannot see why rebel sports want a manager like this.
I bought something on full price before and they are now on sale just in 2 days. So I want get a price match, get a refund then buy them again (with all receipts and tags on). Then this lady saids she cannot do this. (Went for another staff for help later, and she helped me easily). Apparently this manager just want to be difficult with me. Then I want Oder a stuff online, because she says she doesn’t have any stock. This manager lady looked online, says they also don’t have any stock online as well, so she cannot do anything. I trusted her, but when I got home, I realize that’s wired, so I checked online and found out they actually got stock. And So that manager lady is just pretending checking and lie to me and refuse to do a order for me for no reason! Isn’t that ridiculous? !
And what more rude is, when I want to order another things online from the other staff to my parcel locker, this manager lady interrupted with an extremely rude attitude says “no we cannot do that! ” But before I got things shipped to my parcel locker serval times. So she just lied again!
This is a very angry and sad shopping experiences. Feel really down about rebel sports. What’s wrong with your staff and what’s wrong with your customer service? ! A rude lying manager cannot even treat a customer with the simplest respect.

I bought a faulty product and I changed it for a new product. The staff were extremely helpful. I would but from them again.

Excellent customer service from Mitchell and Violet today. Mitchell was quick to spot me at the gloves aisle and was helpful in figuring out the gloves with the best fit for me. Violet went above and beyond to find the perfect pair of shoes for me when the one on displays ran out of my size, and instead of coming out from the stock room empty-handed, she suggested an alternative that matches my preferred colour, required features and budget. She did not rush me through trying the shoes, gave helpful opinion and appeared to be genuinely enjoying her role.

Great visit to Rebel Chatswwod today - staff member Thomas was extremely helpful and thoughtful when assisting in the purchase of track pants for a tall man. He listened carefully to the problem and gave great advice. Thanks very much

Great service and decent selection of sports attire. However; poor selection for running/training shoes for teenage girls.

It's a very big and complete rebel store compared to other shopping malls in Sydney. You can find a little bit of everything, including threadmills and stationary bikes, surf boards and running gear. Worth the visit of you are in Westfield's.

Had a fantastic experience shopping for sports shoes - the sales rep gave great advice and didn’t necessarily pressure me to buy the most expensive item, it was about what I needed from the shoe. Was in and out in 15 mins and am happy with my purchase.

Really bad experience. I just spent about 15 minutes standing waiting for someone help me find my size for the shoes I chose. No body around and finally got someone who told he is not in here and will get someone for me but after another several minutes and still no one. But honestly I do not think they are that busy. There are customers but not as many as they are not able to handle. They either look or sounds like they do not want to work today

Hardly any prices on the shoes. The website doesn't reflect accurately what stock they have. Service seemed pretty slow, the staff just didn't seem to care if I bought shoes or not. Had to ask the same thing twice. I think I'll buy from the nike store directly below or online.

I have ordered online and went to pickup. It was very quick and I was out of the shop within 5 minutes. Though it's on last floor so it's bit walk and need to use escalators.

Staff member who served me was very helpful and courteous with smile on her face.

By look of customer responses they were looking comfortable and having good in shop experience.

Went to do a click and collect this morning, rang the store to help direct me through chatswood westfeild to get to rebel. Customer service was poor spoke to two different customer service workers they directed me in circles there attitude was poor and were very unpleasant to deal with over the phone. It was like they didnt want to help or couldn't be bothered or they just didn't know where there own store was located? Will not be buying from them again.

Absolute ripoff. Dumbbells sold almost twice as the price as other places. Since people work from home due to the pandemic, they saw this opportunity to jack up the prices.

Was a bit annoyed standing around waiting to be helped buying football boots fir my son. However when I eventually got served, the assistant was excellent. I think his name was Thomas but unfortunately not sure. He was patient and helped every step of the way ways coming back to check if we were ok even after we were sorted with the boots. Would have given 5 stars but even though service was good they seemed a bit understaffed, even though the store was not particularly busy.

Excellent range of products at competitive prices but where are the sales staff. The footwear department was full of people at lunchtime and there’s one and a half people trying to serve them. People wonder why retail is dying, online you don’t have wait.

The staff are also really helpful and had a great attitude towards questions. The store itself is amazing too and I don't give much 5 stars but this definitely deserves it.

The shop has a wide selection of sporting equipment and clothing. Customer service was friendly and helpful.
