Good supplies for all other sports except golf. Very limited selections specially in golf wear/apparel.

Great range for most areas. Not a bargain hunting place, but when you need something specific they will have options. Tend to have adequate staff numbers.

Just waited 25 minutes for assistance on shoe fitting after speaking with 3 different store staff only for all of them to disappear out in the back room and not return, absolute joke.

Shoutout to Luke and I think it might have been Dan (Please forgive me I did not catch your name). These fellas looked after me and went over and above today. Got my shin pads sorted.

EDIT: in my last few visits I have found service staff to be much more responsive, if this continues I will likely change this review entirely.

Service staff needs to be a bit more attentive and proactive in offering help.

Most times I go here I don't get offered service at all. To be fair to the floor staff though, it does- at times - look like there aren't enough of them, and you can't really blame management either, given they get enough business to feel as though extra floor staff for improved service isn't worth the investment.

Also, in the interest of fairness the last time I went I was asked if I wanted help almost as soon as I walked in. I do tend to find this is an exception to the usual experience however.

I had a very good experience buying shoes and they helped me find my fit. The 25kg barbells are very fun to curl in my opinion.

It's a big shop with all you'd need for sports.everything. The staff member that helped me was great and also very kind n respectful. Definitely going back there!

Mikey was such a great help today. He went over and above to assist my son to select the perfect fitting soccer shoes. Very calm and patient he was.

Was looking to exchange boots purchased at the city store for a different size. The castle hill store is very poorly stocked and poorly resourced at the moment, the sales guy was hardly interested and was only giving options at double the price. Kind of felt forced to spend more as we had a game the following day.

The store is large, easy to find, well stocked, well staffed, but I find the products too expensive. The same products can be found half price somewhere else. Not my favourite!

My favourite store where I can buy sports wear to play soccer, ride a bike and play squash.

It is located conviniently to find easy that offers to generous changing rooms and many different good quality/well known brand clothes.

Drop at the store if you are looking for buying sports wears, shoes and goods.

Once every few years you get reasonable quality clothes, otherwise the ones you buy don't last for more than a season before it wears off.

Bridgette is a superstar! Thank you for taking the time to help us find & fit a MTB helmet for our daughter today! She dug deep through stock out back to retrieve a helmet that wasn’t on display. All staff on the day were friendly & approached us whilst waiting & browsing. Merry Xmas Rebel!

Even though the website said they had the style of shoe my son wanted, when we got there they didn't. The girl was really apologetic, offering us a free delivery voucher for use online.

One start as negative isn't an option.
No service at all and very poorly shelved items!
Mix up with the price and just a blank look... No offer to fix perhaps going through her shopping list?

A young girl named Cassie was extremely helpful looking through racks and back of store to find a size, she even called 2 stores to find the size we were after.

Rebel at Castle Towers is a regular stop for everything sports. My kids love the footwear range and the staff are super friendly and very accomodating. Great ambience and a great store.

Rebel Castle Hill is a top store in a great chain.
