The sales assistant on shoes was so helpful, he brought me a few different sizes and took some time to make sure I had the correct fit.

Looking for Women's basketball shoes. Very helpful assistant. Although we did not purchase any the assistant gave us a lot of helpful tips.

Average range and the staff are a bit creepy always hanging around after asking if you need help bit like seagulls at the beach when you have hot chips.

The shop is bigger then it looks from the outside, it kinda wraps behind the other shops.very bizzare.

Two different female staff helped me at different times, very good service and product knowledge

We were after a pair of kids’ shoes in a size 1. We contacted Rebel Macarthur Square to order the size 1 from another store. This was on 22 February. We were told it would take up to 2 weeks to get them in.

We called the store today to follow it up. We were told that they called us on 25 Feb (no voicemail was left and we called back but they didn’t answer) and they called us again on 26 Feb (this is untrue – there’s no record in our call log of them calling on this day) to inform us that the shoes came in. As they couldn’t reach us and due to their 48-hour hold policy, they placed the shoes onto the shop floor and sold it.

In any event, it turned out that the size they ordered in was a size 2, not a size 1.

We were then told that there’s only one size 1 left and it’s in Canberra. We were told that getting this pair in would take another week. We asked if the shoes could be couriered or express posted but we were told that this isn’t possible and to just order them online.

In summary, incompetent, poor and unhelpful service.

Love Rebel, the staff are helpful. They have a wide variety of sporting goods from soccer, cricket, gym and swimming needs.

Really happy with the customer service here. Staff are always willing to help you out and are polite. Quite rare to come across these days!

Helpful staff who actually come up to you and ask if you neep help. Not run the other way or ignore you like some stores. Very pleasant experience.

Super impressed by the outstanding customer service from Mahdi. On two occasions now (both at xmas time) we have needed help with a bike and a basketball hoop. On both occasions, Mahdi has gone above and beyond to make sure we secure the right product. Very impressed.

Plenty of different types of stores, no camping or hardware, only bits and pieces in bigW, Ronnie's and Kathmandu.

Expensive but not necessarily good brands. Have had too many items broken or not working having to return them for a replacement and the staff are mostly to concerned with checking out their mates new girlfriend or their phones. You've now lost a customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Need more sizes in clothing and they're shoe game is lacking.gotta step it up if you wanna stand out

Very fast and quick if you are in a hurry and needing something quick. I went to buy a gift card and it took me literally 15 seconds and it felt like the workers were robots because of how fast they were going!

Staff seem uninterested to serve. The lady at the counter charged me $20 more that the sale price. Either she was slow or the register is slow. Have had better service in their other stores.

Very helpful and patient staff member at the shoe section. He was running around serving a number of customers at the same time so we did not have to wait long. We were there this morning. Rebel is located near the food court at the western end of the shopping centre.
