This store needs an update. Clothes are all over the place
The lighting is terrible. Stock level is ok if you can find it

The store seems small at first but there literal levels to this thing. The stock is almost the same but somehow they got hidden gems that you wouldn't find at other stores, the one running shirt I been looking for in 3 different store was in abundance here. Overall a very good store pretty clean too.

It's like being trapped in an MC Escher picture. Stairs up and down. It's not clear what's in each corner without walking there first.

Weird feel to this old store with the split levels and clear need for a refurb. Not actually a big store even though the layout seems big. Staff zoom around a lot without any offers to help. Very different to the nice new stores.

I wandered around the store for 20 minutes trying to find what I was looking for and could not find a single staff member other than those working behind the counter at the registers. Not a single staff member on the floor. I eventually found what I was looking for, through no help from staff.

Such a brilliant store and a genuine haven of sporting knowledge. Quality staff members across the board.

Such a large store over multiple levels, which can be a bit difficult to find something you are looking for although the staff were helpful.
Because of the size they stock almost everything you would find in a sports shop. Located inside Broadway shopping centre but they have changed the entrance so you have to enter from outside the centre now

Terrible service. Curly blond guy is totally useless. Might as well speak to a wall. You ask him for anything and he referrers you to a website? What is he there for? To look good and milk the wage? Cant even tell you were to find the items that you are looking for. Thanks for referring me to the website. I'm more than cable of doing it on my own. Useless employee, totally arrogant and hopeless. Might as well claim centerlink instead of working there. Hire someone who will do their job that they get paid for.

Went into the Broadway store to pick up a bike I had on hold, the store rep I called placed the wrong bike and wrong size on hold, wasted hours driving into the Broadway store, all I got was a sorry and try another store, also the store is extremely hard to find and get to as the store front is on Bay St

A welcoming store with great products and staff with great product knowledge. The same kid has gladly helped my wife with the pram twice when I haven't been there and has done so in a very friendly manner. Management must be doing something right at this store.

Was served by a new team member at the store named Kate. She was friendly and provided knowledgeable advice on fitness equipment which I purchased. I’ve since returned twice and couldn’t be happier with the team members and their attitude to service. It’s a refreshing change to have this type of experience particularly in a large retail chain store.

Had some bad experiences at other Rebel stores but this one was rather pleasant. Little fella working there couldn't find the shoes I originally picked and suggested alternatives. I ended up liking the other ones more. You ripper.

Just used their click and collect service as Sydney is currently in lockdown. Was really impressed at how organised and efficient they were!

The worst shopping experience I've had for a long time and they tried to use Covid as the excuse. Won't be shopping here again if I can help it.
Goods that didn't work, an awful refund policy, and failed the replacement order just as a final kick.

Spent 15 mins on hold to speak to a staff member, then another 15 minutes while the staff member checked if a simple item was in stock. Useless staff.

Casey and her team offered incredible service and really helped me resolve a problem with delivering a large item.

Got Shrank over the last decades Shortage of new models and varieties poor interior design and customer practality and comfort still overpriced for ok quality

This store has a good range and reasonable prices. Staff member was super helpful and friendly.

A lot of friendly staff eager to help when you walk-in, but I think they're better off picking up a broom and some garbage bags. For a Sunday morning, rebel Broadway looked like a teenager's locker - I hope their Head Office sees to this.
