After multiple emails (now being ignored) and phone calls and them even confirming that I was connected to the wrong appartment I'm still connected to my neighbour and I assume vice verca. I know this because I was away for over a month and yet my power usage was still way more than what it should have been. Originaly they said they would fix it and after asking if it was they still ignored me. This has been happening for years. I just gave up.
No missed calls and no emails received, I gave it a few days but still nothing.
