Two young fellas turned up. Air con unit had never been cleaned before I moved in. Was disgusting. Cleaned sanitised and removed mould removed vents cleaned and also removed a lot of pet hair from the outside unit

It's not proper service it's just clean/wipe vents and a 2 minute look at outside unit. Not checking if there is gas or any technical problems, just a quick glance.
Total waste of my money. Very poor work by them. Feels like I’ve gotten scammed.

The air conditioning system is not something you usually think about, but considering you're breathing in that air, it's so important to keep up with it. I had Danny come to service our ducted system. He was friendly, polite, professional and really helpful. Danny found mould in the ducts, so on top of the standard clean, he recommended a filter change as well as a sanitise, which we were happy to do. Naturally, those were extras on top of the standard service. Thanks for the great service. Have already recommended to a friend.

Arrived in time. Efficient set up. Neat working habits. Very courteous. Finished job and cleaned up before leaving.

45 minutes of wipe down the vents, not washing but wiping down the filter, 2 minutes Quick Look at outside unit and $275.it’s not service it’s scam. I’m cleaning my filter and vents once a year and do better job.

Real-time guys came to clean our AC duct. They throughly cleaned and changed the filters and now the AC flow is much better than before. Good service done by them. Thanks

Was contacted on Facebook and fell for the scam. ‘Technician’ in Canberra tried to charge me a different amount than quoted, unable to take credit card payment, contacted me numerous times when seeking payment via text, calls and Facebook. Made payment and requested receipt and was blocked via phone and on Facebook. Company non-responsive to emails. Unsure if the job was done correctly as I am not skilled in the area to check. Be wary.

They responded to my enquiry very quickly with a very reasonable quote. They arrived on time and were very easy to deal with. The service they provided was fantastic. Highly recommend them.
