Real First Class Roofing

Found this guy from hi pages. He was quick to offer to fix the roof valley leak and from the moment he was at the property he was rude and behaving as if he is doing us a favour by coming over. After we agreed to his quoted price, he went up the roof and said he will need more money to fix it. When I said leave and to come back down, he refused to put the tiles he had taken out back in stating do it yourself and just left. I would rather pay someone double the money to get the roof fixed than to pay him even a single dollar of my money.

Terrible job. I hired this man to fix leaks. Next rain event the leaks were as bad as ever. I have to pay extra to reverse what he has done to my roof as well as fix the original problem. Should not have a roofing licence

Stay away, worst guy ever! We booked in a job with him, he didn't show up on the day agreed, when he did show up, he was rude/ swearing, didn't say much else and then just walked off the job without any reason. I ran after him asking why he was just walking off and he refused to stop and drove off. Now left with an open roof. Warning do not work with this guy.

Incredibly rude, not professional person. He just walked off from the job without saying anything. Stay away!

0/5 stars if I could. Overpriced. Quoted up and then left, overpriced quote received days later with no justification of expensive materials to be used. Arranged several times for him to come out and fix the roof with the excuse of I've run out of materials, my driver isn't available, and rain being an issue when clearly the weather was dry for days and work could've been done. Two weeks worth of rearranging.

Rocks up to your house without providing any form of contact prior expecting you to be home.
Rude, abusive and definitely do not recommend. I'm glad I didn't go with Travis at the end. I never give negative reviews, but I guess there's a first for everything.

Misdiagnosed the leakage and overcharged the customer ($1000 per 30 mins) Unprofessional and rude roofer. Take your own responsibility if you decided to go ahead after reading all the reviews here. I've to end up to call another roofer to fix the leakage properly. He spent roughly 5 hours to repair instead of this guy spent half an hour and disappeared.

I found this guy on hipages, he is swift when picking up bookings and chase up payments, but flinching for follow ups, inspect for 5 minutes and throw back a random quote for unrelated items apart from your real issue to make extra money, he probably doesn't know where the problem exactly is. The worst part is, once he gets paid, his website dispeared and his number never connected, forget about your warranty.

Have had the worst experience with a trade person. He said he fixed the roof leaking, however leaking didn’t stop. He gave 12 months warranty for the work. When the roof leaked again a few months later, he said, the receipt didn’t mention “To stop leaking “, then he hanged up the phone. He demonstrated very unprofessional behaviour throughout the job.

Travis is an absolute joke, he came out twice didnt repair my roof.invoiced for the work he apparently done.still leaking. Very rude and abusive. Definitely NOT recommended

This roofer is definite not recommended. Excessive charges and doesnt finish the work. Refuses to come back and fix what he was paid for. Very rude on the phone. Got ripped off.
