The service provided by Real Equity Chipping Norton to tenants is less than satisfactory.
We had been long term tenants with Real Equity and were told the property we were renting was being sold, and given a date to vacate only days before New Year.
We did vacate before the due date, and had great difficulty in having overpaid rent refunded to us. So many promises were not kept.
Don't trust what they say, the property we vacated is now for rent again at an increase of $100 a week rent. As well as this, the photos are misleading as the landlord has reduced the back yard by more than half (this was done prior to our tenancy).

I have nothing but praise for Betty my property manager, who took over the property I was renting, only two - three months before I gave notice. I have had numerous Real Estate agents in the past thanks to moving so much for work, every second year in fact. Betty was one of the rare agents that was seriously delightful and such a relief to deal with. I felt assured of her knowledge and skills, it was a trying time (insurance works being conducted on the property leading up to a Sydney lockdown) and I felt helped and considered equally to the landlord with the property handover. Correspondence was timely and friendly which lessened the stress of vacating. I recommend this particular individual and agency.

Our property had numerous defects and when notified, nothing was looked into or repaired. After constant follow ups requesting a contract renewal for over 2 months for our lease property. When it came to leaving our home we had to fork out extra week worth of rent due to being a condition, where as if we had signed a agreement this wouldn't be the case. This real estate agents need to work on communication skills.

If you were ever trying to locate a trusted rental property manager, look no further. Luke Fitz has always been top notch has always been prompt and professional, knowing how to foster both sides of the relationship - the tenants and the landlord. Being the landlords, we have found Luke to be on top of things, not letting weekly rental payments, repair jobs, communication between tenants and landlords, even INSPECTIONS (!) slip through the cracks. Just peace of mind for us, knowing that Luke is there looking after us, the property and the tenants. Cannot highly recommend a person whom we have been with for 6 years.

My girlfriend and I recently moved into a new property with Real Equity and was serviced mostly by Brendan who we were impressed by how much he helped us with every aspect of the process. We felt very comfortable talking to him and any queries we had big or small he would be there for us, we are very happy with our new property and the people we will have at the real estate including Luke as our property manager who was very approachable and walked us through processes we had to go through. We feel confident moving forward in the future with our rental and knowing we’ve got great people on our side

Very bad service, never called back, went personally same reply no answer will call back called again will xsll back.they treat customers by grade who deserves an answer and who not.cannot trust buyong or renting ftom them.

Never thought that renting out an investment property was so easy, thank you Betty you have been a champion. Looks like top notch customer service is her strength, we signed an agreement in the morning and by evening she is ready with potential tenants who occupied the house the very next day our extended family vacated the property. Thank you for the smooth transition Betty, we look forward to working with you and Realequity for years to come.

We went for unit inspection at 2 Kurrajong Road, Casula this morning 23/01/2021 and waited for the agent, he never come and we got his Mobil number from the office, we called him and he said that the inspection has been canceled, we told him why didn’t you sent us a message, with a very arrogant voice he said you should check online that is been canceled, which it means it’s our problem. I think he should find himself another job.
Make sure that we will tell everyone about our experience.

Poor customer service, called for inquiring about a property in Moorbank and agent was rude, wasn’t helpful and at some point he mentioned that I cannot afford it.

Betty Mitkovska as an agent has shown outstanding quality and service, she has been an outstanding agent and cant recommend her highly enough. The dedication she has shown personally contributing to managing all aspects of my investments has made them a success. I strongly recommend Betty for any of your real estate needs.
