Great service again, from Ready Set Plumb.

Super quick response following my on-line job enquiry, with options for same day availability. Appreciated the call from the Plumber, advising he was 10 mins away. Wayne was polite, courteous and knowlegable, able to ascertain we needed a new mixer tap, provide us with purchase options, fit it quickly, leaving the area neat and tidy and provide us with tips for what to out for in future.

Ryan and the Team at Ready Set Plumb have helped us with numerous jobs over the years (large and small) and are our 'go to' for everything plumbing. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we have used this company. I have nothing but praise for their work ethics, high standards and exceptional attitude towards their work. The response rate was fast and precise. Our technician Wayne was courteous, punctual and friendly. And his work was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Very professional, arrived on time, did excellent work and gave advice on my water heater that wasn't part of the call. And much cheaper than two other quotes. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great experience all round

They booked me in for a quote to meet with me early onsite, they accidentally set it the same time they had a meeting at the start of the week. This did muddle things up as I had to wait a couple hours extra for them to arrive. People make mistakes, no big deal but I was a bit frustrated

What was good was they made it clear it was a hiccup they wanted to fix as I was promptly called that morning, informing me they were going to be late, and have the technician due to arrive a couple hours after the original set time. Telling me this early let me tell my boss I was going to be a little late and actually get some other stuff done knowing this info.

When I met the tech he apologised for the situation, but most of all was really clear and easy to chat with. We got the quote smashed out nice and easy and the work they did was professional, no short cut. He called me throughout the job to inform me of any decisions he made making sure I was fine with the outcome

Communication just made everything 10x better on top of the quality of work and how easy it was to get everything organised

Ryan came to replace leaking bathroom basin tap. Very professional and upfront quote to change and replace taps, took old taps and hoses away and cleaned up after. Will definitely use Ready Set Plumb again.

Ryan provided excellent advice about my lack of hot water. He went out of his way on a Sunday to help. Thankfully he didn’t have to attend because his advice was so good!

We had a leaking underground pipe outside, new kitchen taps to be installed and a leaking toilet. Wayne came round and quoted us, explaining the process clearly. After receiving the quote, it was a real pleasure speaking with Lynne who was very helpful in clarifying any questions we had on it. On the day they came to do the work, we experienced nothing but friendly and professional service from Wayne and Tom. They did high quality work with neat and tidy finishes. They were always helpful and displayed a real interest in ensuring we were happy with their work. We can't praise them enough and would definitely make Ready Set Plumb our first point of contact for any future plumbing jobs.

After calling late in the evening. Ready Set Plumb installed a new hot water system the next day. Very prompt and professional.
