3 Major HVAC issue. Putrid smell emanating from Air conditioning. Has been confirmed by staff as a long term issue.
Cracked a tooth on the chefs food.
The rooms are large and there are double beds and have double windows.
The food is very good and usually well presented.
The nurses are very good and are approachable. There are fewer forms to fill out.
It’s hard when your loved one dealing with mental health. We only ever been to public hospital previously until we come to Recentre at Waratah Private Hospital. From inquiry to admission process and the journey of patient stay we found it really easy and smooth. The whole experienced has been really helpful in my partner recovery. The nursing staff were amazing and always there to assist you. Dr. Shetty such an amazing doctor, really informative and knowledgeable. The groups sessions really good and excellent. The only downfall is lack of outdoor area for fresh air and hydrotherapy session just recently open. We missed the hydrotherapy session during my partner stay. But overall it’s has been a great recovery journey for my partner. Highly recommended!
