Matt is great to deal with, not only does he have ample knowledge of the market in our area he is very approachable as well. He would send us detailed weekly reports of the enquiries received and potential buyers interested in our property. Anh was always responsive at all hours and would go out of her way to help. For example, organising out of hour inspection times, talking to her solicitors for us, and assisting with last minute requests. Would you trust someone who can't read to sell or manage your property? How about someone who disregards simple instructions? Because I certainly wouldn't! Apparently NO JUNK MAIL is difficult to understand or perhaps they simply can't read. Having to constantly throw ANH TRAN's face in the recycling bin. Delivering junk mail that's been touched by others is not the smartest thing to do in the middle of a pandemic.

Matt Riffe is easilyteasily best agent I've come across. He was very knowledgeable about not only the property, but the building and Breakfast Point in general. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed and was very accommodating in arranging private inspections at times that were convenient for me.
