Sales may be good because I got the property through remax!

but property management is rubbish - no communication, no ownership, no client ethics, no due diligence and background checks while keeping tenants.you are at risk with PM if you decide to go.wasted time and money.

Hi all,
Just want to say Please DO NOT deal with Remax real estate at all with comes to rental property. You will suffer both as landlord or tenant. They are very unprofessional, lazy and incompetent. The worst part is their communication! It is almost frustrating that noone answers ur calls, emails or messages.
I have a lot to say but the bottom line is STAY AWAY FROM THEM. You need at least one hour per week to chase them up to do their job.
I would give them zero star but unfortunately 1 star was the minimum.
Let me be honest when it comes to buying and selling, Gizzelle Paul is very nice and professional. Actually she was the reason that we dealed with Remax. But the property manager is a big disappointment!
