Russell I can not thankyou enough for the recent treatment you have given me with my lower back injury.i had constant pain and a really tight feeling in my back. For a week of not being able to sit or stand for any length of time. After 3 treatments I have so much more movement and mobility in my lower back and my legs. Russell has also worked on my neck which after he finished I hadn't realised how tight i had been. If you have lower back pain/compressed nerves I cannot recommend Russell highly enough. Hands down, best service in Newcastle! Russell has freed me from years of lower back pain, that restricted my ability to live life with a full potential at my age of 38. I have experienced a number of other remedial massage service, that had minimal long term benefits for me, in regards to freedom from pain and being able to do the things I love, most of all surfing. Not to mention the costs, that in most places was rather a lot to dish out over a period of time. My personal experience after seeing Russel for over a year now has changed my view on services that offer remedial messages. Russel does not charge a arm and a leg within his service, if anything I would be happy to pay more for the freedom that I have experienced after our sessions. I injured my lower back muscles doing deadlifts and thought remedial massage was a good idea. Russell was very professional, walked me through the whole process of what is going to happen. Amazing! Russell is a very skilled, professional, caring and hard working therapist. I was desperately looking for someone who understood my needs, body and could provide a good deep tissue sports massage. Extremely impressed! The sports massage I had helped me recover from my aches really quickly, which allowed me to get back into training ASAP. Easy to book with, well decorated and relaxing ambience, and he uses great massage oil too. I felt like Russell understood what I needed (even without me telling him) and gave me 100%. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services!

Russell has magic healing hands. Went to see him after multiple massages and 3 sleepless nights from shoulder and neck pain. Wasn't expecting much. After 60 minutes of treatment, my neck and shoulder spasm was gone. Went home and had the best sleep. Going back to see him for next treatment in few days. Definitely a hidden gem!

Went to see Russell because the pain in my shoulder and back was unbearable. I had already been for a massage elsewhere which was very relaxing but didn't help the problem the day after seeing Russell I was tottally pain free.
