As soon as I walked into Hobbyland at Castle Hill the guy was very friendly and knew the products that he was selling me, highly recommend this store.

Ordered a can of paint, and they accidentally sent the wrong item. Correct item arrived the next day. Excellent customer service with no fuss. Will buy from RC Hobbyland again for sure.

Really good hobby shop that has all the gear I need to go racing. They provide quick service too so I can get my parts in time for the weekend.

These guys are a sham. I ordered a brace for an E revo to replace broken part.they close before we could get there so I asked the part to be left outside in a specific spot. They didn’t leave it there. I called the next day or so to sort it out and they acted dumb like they didn’t know what I was talking about.several times I had to go try pick it up, then was out of stock and had to be ordered in so a year past with Covid scam. I tried to re follow up to get this part so the car can be used and again acted dumb and said to order another one on line and they would order it in. Refused credit refused to fix their screwups, and just blame the customer. This is not a one off, it’s several times dealing with them. Out of principle I wouldn’t use them and I’d recommend take your custom to a shop that has integrity and values your custom. And doesn’t blame you for their own screwups.

Horrible online customer service. They say returns accepted for a month but that's a blatant lie, they decide if a refund is worthy (never). They were passive aggressively rude from the get go. Avoid.

Poor customer service online. Said there were 4 sets in stock, I ordered 2 and received 1. Then when I asked (three times) for the second set to be sent out all I got was a refund saying they're out of stock.

Now I need to find the shims elsewhere and pay postage again for a small item.

This wouldn't be such a bad thing if they at least had the curtesy of calling or emailing.

Won't use this shop again or HEI International which this seems to be part of.

I bought a Tamiya model and got confirmation of the order. Hadn't got a dispatched email so went into my account and there was my order with dispatched next to it. Clicked the tracking information and it said it wasn't available. Got suspicious so started a Paypal dispute. They refunded my money same day.
The point is that they never had stock, they never dispatched it and they clearly take orders with no stock. Waste of time.

Staff are very rude and unhelpful I would not recommend. Treated my 10 year old son like rubbish little do they know he is the next generation.

Adam is absolutely amazing. Very helpful with everything RC car related and rocket stuff that I’ve needed. Every time I call or pop in he is always more than happy to help giving me more information than I know what to do with. Will definitely keep going back for more and recommend to anyone to purchase from these guys

As we are moving into the area in the coming month, my son and I wanted to build a relationship with the local hobby shop. Being a first time RC car owner we had done quite a bit of research prior to visiting the store and had decided on the Traxxas Maxx in green.

The minute we entered the store we were greeted by Adam who was very patient in answering all the questions we had and very kindly offered to help us setup the battery charger and give us lots of tips and tricks as first time RC owners. Once we were setup and ready to leave the store, Adam very openly mentioned, any issues or help needed please either call or come into the store. We are here to help. This is the very reason why we made a decision to support a local business and build a relationship with them as I’m sure we will need help in the future and this definitely won’t be the last purchase we will make. Thank you again Adam for your kind help and we look forward to seeing you again very soon.

Greatest hobby shop in the western Sydney area, great staff who are willing to help and have soloutions to share not problems to dwell on.

I rang Ari a bit stuck for my son's birthday but knowing I wanted a shell and paints for his car. Ari talked me through the options, gave brilliants tips and tricks, and helped ensure it would be with me in the next few days prior to bday time. Can highly recommend the team and their service. Awesome.

Made a order paid for express post been over a week still not even posted yet, pull ya finger out and do as you promise, the turn around is terrible
