55Rude behaviour shown by receptionist at time of report collection. She literally thrown the report on my face after taking the print, didn’t even bother to fold the print and place in an envelope which is a general practice at any radiology clinic. MRI team was average, the lady was acting like a robot without any welcome Hi, empathy, and aftercare when MRI was done. However, the male attendant was comparatively better than her. Overall, this centre needs people with more professionalism.
Staff very helpful & friendly. Wonderful as they were able complete my partner’s MRI scan bulk billed but smells awful. As soon as you hit the front door an overwhelming smell of vomit hits you! Don’t know how the staff cope with that every day.
Lumus reception staff (the ladyl with boy hair cut) and manager was so rude.one of there reception lady first misguided us about the film printing.instead of Apologizing the were being rude to us.
Receptionist laughed and said ‘ too heavy for us ‘ when I asked what kg the mri machine can hold. Fatphobic and rude! Wouldn’t recommend. It takes nothing to be kind. Karma will come.
Friendly and supportive staff made my visit pleasant, ladies at the reception and staff at the imaging were absolutely amazing.highly recommended.
My MRI was performed by Marie and Jocelyn. What a lovely experience they made it for me! They both helped ease my nerves and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. They were both very professional, respectful, kind, sincere, understanding, caring and nice towards me and made my experience a very positive one. Marie and Jocelyn were exceptional. I'm very grateful for Marie and Jocelyn and highly recommend them both. Also, thank you so very much to Yvonne and Manal for allocating this reservation for me. Marie, Jocelyn, Yvonne and Manal are all so wonderful and an absolute asset to the company! Lumus Imaging are very lucky to have you all.
Very bad service over
My baby break his arm I did the x ray at 12 afternoon unit 7 pm
They said will be ready in two hours
I call many times they lay to me every single hour.
Local was more painfully than nerve block.but after it wore off all good.thanks to the staff.
Being trying calling for 19times since 1pm till 4pm today to book for an appointment.no one pick the phone call.

Great experience on every visit. Reception Staff are thorough, Medical Staff are kind and caring. Bulk Billing is available for a lot of sevices. I highly recommend Lumus at Liverpool
Booked at 3: 30 and didn’t get me into the MRI until 4: 45 pm. Friday 10/03. Friendly staff but what a bit waste of time
Wonderful service, especially from Jorgina, she was extremely compassionate and helpful and friendly and showed a great amount of care. Definitely would recommend this place to all!
Very bad experienced I am as patient walk in to get my ultrasound image. But being refuse.
Although I am told that I can accepted either by print out / send via email / or access online viewing all was rejected.
I only get a writing report without any pieces of imaging being provided.
I never being notify by either one of staff regarding new rule, the clinic will not provide / allow patient to access viewing own scan image.
All ways getting wonderful service from receptionist, and specially the best service I get it is from girl I think her name was Jorgina, she’s so helpful and so professional receptionist I have met in my life, well those 5star will go to her.

On each of the 2 occasions I attended these rooms, I was attended to by a very sweet lady Ruth. She treated me with the utmost respect, care and professionalism room, therefore made both of my visits memorable. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Liverpool practice, to anyone I possibly can.

Two stars for the lovely front desk customer service, but everything else was just slow and horrible.
I brought a relative to this centre 5 minutes before their appointment time, and it took us approximately 3 hours just to finish because they either overbooked or their service is generally slow. Either way, this was a huge inconvenience considering that X-rays rarely, if ever, take more than an 30 minutes to complete.
This experience was made worse by the lack of parking nearby, unless you go to Westfield shopping centre for a spot and possibly paying for extended parking because they might keep you waiting hours on end like they did with us.
Friendly receptionist. Staff got me in and out through my scans. Don’t understand why this place is reviewed so low.
Was able to have my MRI covered fully so no gap was paid. Would come back if needed.

I called for appointment, the lady picked up phone, didn’t provided me required information and dropped phone without listening me.
Suggestion to LUMUS IMAGING LIVERPOOL, AT Your reception while patient report for service request in addition to collecting mandatory details afterwards if they allot a service number, that will help patients. That's because when the patient were call for service by name cant be heard properly, so calling additionally numeral number before calling the name will help please. Thanks.
