Staff at the store, especially Megan, were SO helpful, always friendly and obliging and patient!
The laying team were on time, friendly, courteous and cleaned up perfectly!

We are very happy with our choice of carpet. The staff at the store were very knowledgable and helpful.
The carpet Layers were very good and friendly.
I would recommed Raymond Terrace Carpet Court as a place to go when choicing carpet. They went out of there way to assist us with available dates to lay the carpet when we had to change days.
They also rang to day before to make certain the we were ready for the next day and also advised what time the boys would arrive. Very punctual.

My Husband and I are very happy with our experience with Raymond Terrace Carpet and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Everyone we had contact with from the first time we went into the store looking for ideas to the install was super friendly and helpful.

They were also very upfront with costing and timing (no flashy sales pitch promising you things they can't deliver on), and I feel that the final price for everything was very reasonable for the great service/quality.

We were able to borrow samples for free of carpet/hybrid flooring to view in our home before committing to anything (which actually changed our minds on what we thought we wanted as we were able to view everything in different lights/next to other colours in our home).

They stayed in contact with us via calls and SMS throughout the entire process and two months after install (installed at the end of September) we are still very happy with our choices, the quality and the install.

Huge thankyou to this wonderful company that we were lucky enough to have lay our beautiful hybrid floor. From day one till the day our floor was finished it was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thanks to Megan who could not be more helpful and Adam the young guy who done a brilliant job on our floor, he was so courteous and polite nothing was too hard for him. We totally recommend this company to all.

In the end, we are very happy with the result of our carpet purchase. We did have some issues with the buying process in that the carpet manufacturer twice gave delivery dates to Carpet Court that weren't met resulting in a two month delay. The postponements were apparently due to the fact that our colour choice wasn't all that "popular". The carpet laying team of three guys was excellent! They were very conscientious and fastidious, particularly the guy doing the stairs. They even cut and laid an offcut to fit into our under stairs cupboard. All done in less than a day. We are now ecstatic about our new SILK LUXURY - INDIGO SKY Triexta carpet!

Buyer beware!

I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Poor workmanship on multiple occasions with poor excuses of bad days (really? Even after 3/4 times fixing it)
No communication, absolute piss poor. Sending carrier pigeon would be better. Even better when you wake in after a month of waiting for a call back to go in and have and who are you?

I would only recommend this place if you want constant stress, unreliability, and poor workmanship then this is the place for you.

I wish I had read reviews about this place before buying.

Excellent product knowledge and service. Really helpful. Stopped shopping around once we found Carpet Court. Awesome.

Terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional staff who were very happy to sell the product however became uncontactable and dissinterested when there were issues with the installation. I am looking into persuing legal action.

Dishonest and extremely difficult to deal with. After the job they sent us an invoice for more than we were quoted without us agreeing to or being made aware of the increase. Avoid them at all costs

Absolutely rubbish. Rude. Unhelpful. Aggressive. Would not know the first thing about privacy! Would not even bother going into the store front.

Beware. Really poor product knowledge, poor customer service, aggressive when told job was poor. Spend your money somewhere else. Don't use this company. Getting them back was like pulling teeth.

Very unprofessional! Flooring was supposed to be laid two weeks ago with a promise it would be done this morning. I have waited at home all day for these people and it is now 2.30pm and they still haven't arrived. Frustrated beyond words!
