We tried purchasing a property through Ray White Wonoona and found the process extremely hard work and the lack of contact from Troy was shocking. We put an offer on a property in July, kept up constant contact, asking if there were any further offers and were promised to be kept in the loop. Then to be told in October that a “significantly higher” offer had been submitted. We asked what that higher offer was and then to our shock the property was marked as sold without being told what that higher offer was to enable us to increase our offer. That “significantly higher offer” was only $50k more! We spoke with the agent once it was announced as sold and he pretty much didn’t give two hoots.
Absolutely terrible service to us as purchasers and the people in Mary Callaghan who were selling their property.
Zero stars to a shocking job by Ray White Wonoona.
