We first met Randall and Jack at one of their listings in Paddington last year, and we were impressed by their energy and ability to engage us - a potential buyer. When we decided to sell our investment property earlier this year, we had a thorough and objective process including two-rounds interviews with several agents and had asked all the hard questions in determining who the most suitable agent is.

Ray White sent an email to our strata management company advising there was a small pane of broken glass in the unit they managed in our block. They attached a quote of nearly $800 from Magic Glass to repair. They wanted our Owners Corporation to pay for it. RW said the breakage was picked up during a routine inspection. It wasn't. The tenants at the time reported it to RW so it would be repaired before they moved out. Another member of the committee contacted the owner of the unit. RW had not picked up the broken pane of glass when the previous tenant had moved out. The owner of the unit was not happy with RW for not picking it up. We refused to pay for the breakage as it was broken by a tenant. They failed in their duty to the owner of the unit, and then tried to get other owners to pay.

Amazing simply amazing. We dealt with Augusto when buying our house back in April 2023 and knew then that he would be our first choice when tasked with selling my mums house in October 2023. The results he and his team delivered were amazing and the efficiency and professionalism were outstanding. Engaging with Augusto was the best decision and he is our agent of choice from now on. After finding a great unit in a highly competitive rental market, and it also being my first time attempting to rent in sydney. My agent Zac Melamed introduced himself friendly and professionally, and proceeded to go above and beyond in helping me secure the property swiftly at asking price, and more importantly to understand each stage of the process, from application to moving in and even checking after the fact if i was comfortable. He in particular was transparent, gave good advice and was patient not pushy, especially when i was torn between two listings and allowed the time needed to make the correct decision. We have had (and still going through) a very unpleasant journey with Ray White WP. Without disclosing too much other information, I'd say it was extremely un-australian like for them not to come and inspect the property, or to check if we were ok (even if it was via en email or a call) after we reported we had a break-in robbery in Dec 2022.

It's a business that appears to me is only focused on dollar performance and has no interest in community well-being.

You may think if you are a landlord, it will not impact you. I'd disagree, because the way they manage your property may end up costing you more.

Find an agent that cares about your tenants, they normally can help you grow your wealth a lot better in the long run.

Excellent well managed sales campaign, including taking charge of all necessary renovations and dressing of the apartment, that delivered a surprisingly good result in a soft market.

Trustworthy and professional
From the first property of Augusto's that we viewed (months before our actual purchase), he was professional, friendly and patient. Once we found the property we wanted and entered negotiations, he was transparent, trustworthy and open in his communication which allowed a very smooth negotation and a postitive outcomes for all parties. Will definitely be in touch again either as a vendor or buyer.

Fast replies and kind service in general. Just was given the wrong letterbox key and had to travel on my own expenses to pick them up in a quite far location when this should have been solved without me having to travel.

Angela Slattery is hands down the best property manager we have dealt with. She is an excellent communicator and always gets back to us with speed.
