I was in at the Ray White Wollongong office this morning seeing the PM team. I was overwhelmed with the honesty and wonderful work ethics these ladies have in assisting their landlords and tenants. Girls you are an amazing team and I am really looking forward to keeping all your compliance up to speed. Thank you always for your kind words and smiling faces:)

We have rented 3 properties in the Shellharbour area, which was managed by Brooke Aquilina from Ray White Wollongong.
Brooke was an absolute pleasure to deal with a high level of professionalism.

She went over an above to ensure that our tenancy was enjoyable and effortless. She is friendly and most of all very efficient, and a great ambassador for Ray White Wollongong

My partner and I had an investment property managed by this agency. The property Manager was Brooke. Her incompetence, immaturity and unprofessional attitude led to mismanagement of the property and we were never informed that our tenant was several weeks behind in rent. Her response was “I didn’t want to worry you”. This resulted in a serious financial strain that could have been avoided if she had done the bare minimum. We would have sold this property via this agency if they showed any interest or could be trusted. We have taken our business somewhere else and have been so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. This is something this agency can’t deliver. We also wrote a complaint to Fady and got no response. If you want peace of mind property management this is not the agency for you.

My partner and I rented a unit that was managed by Brooke at Ray White Wollongong. The level of professionalism, support and mutual respect I experienced in all my dealings with Brooke has left me with the urge to leave this review.

Brooke was always available for us and made an effort to ensure we felt supported if there were any issues in the unit. Every time it was required, Brooke would swiftly loop in the owner allowing them to provide us with a great renting experience.

One time specifically, a significant maintenance issue occurred in our building that would normally be very stressful. However Brooke made every effort to ensure we were looked after going above and beyond in her role. At one point even taking calls and organising for quick fixes over a weekend when the issue progressed.

I would absolutely rent through Brooke again, and would encourage anyone looking to rent to look at properties managed by Brooke. I'd further have the confidence to say that Ray White Wollongong is a great place to list a property through based on my experience seeing how they conduct business.

Call you with fake counter offers, dutch auctions, and lie to your face. These agents give the industry a bad name (if it didn't already have one). Avoid these clowns if at all possible.

We have two rental properties that managed by Sarah Martin under supervision of Fady. In general we are happy with their management. A real estate training management course will ensure a much more effective and efficient outcomes in regard to dealing with matters. Sarah is very good and she does her best to optimise the solution to the best possible outcomes and this is admirable. I recommend Ray White as a good real estate agent.

The professional demeanor and real estate knowledge once again made dealing with the team a great experience. Fady Saad achieved a record price for our unit within the complex.

Amazing at all that they do. Have bought, sold and rented out our properties with them a few times in the past and has never let us down. I rent an apartment from Agent of raywhite wollongong and strong believe we were bullied by her and the landlord. Before I signed the lease, she told us we could have a video inspection, but she only sent us two videos shows the property nice and clean as she mentioned she was not in the property. However after collecting the key we found it is all mould everywhere in the oven, on the windows and doors. Four lights were broken, toilet lip was broken, fans in the bathroom were broken lots of cockroach ran around the whole property. And we know the bathroom leaked before and they change new carpet and reprint the wall to cover the truth, luckily we found the truth as a cockrooach ran inside the carpet. Under the new carpet was serious black mould. This is some of my unbelieveable experience from here. And they also want us pay 4 week bonds before we found the truth under the new carpet. And she also want me pay $100 as she mentioned we broke a little hole on the wall during moving out. During this time we suffered huge mental and physical pressure. My wife and my one year baby were both sick because we travelled from Canberra to Wollongong so many times during this period and we had less than 5 hours sleeping time everyday for solving this problem. My baby emesis three times as we traveled more than 3000km in less than one week. And I also got allergy during my moving out. Hope other tenants will not meet the problem like us. I think the manager maybe good but he did not told me how they will do to solve this problem (Is there any punish for his unethical employee) and still now no apology from Ray white Wollongong.

My wife and I purchased our home through Fady at Ray White Wollongong a couple of years ago, which is why we enlisted him to sell a property for us recently. During the entire sales process he was incredibly professional, he helped to present the property in the best way possible, constantly updated us and ensured we received the best return possible as vendors.
