They have been my property management team for over 15 years. Jennifer Cabrera is a very astute, professional and very proficient as Senior Property Manager for Ray White, Wetherill Park.

My mother moved into one of their managed units a few years ago, the carpet was dirty and stained upon moving in. During her tenancy there were many 'promises' that the carpet would be removed/replaced, given that it was only a small sized area that had carpeting. Nothing eventuated. She recently left the tenancy and Jennifer took over $200 to get this same carpet steam cleaned. My mom is an elderly pensioner struggling to make ends meet. There was also an agreement that the key would be handed over on site at the vacant unit, this didn't happen either, instead, Jennifer made a 75 year old pensioner travel over 10km to drop the key off at their office, when she could have easily driven to pick it up as a small courtesy. And the icing on the cake was when there was an agreed outstanding payment of $108 left to pay to the vacate date and she withdrew $640 instead.
For someone with the title of 'Senior property manager', Jennifer, your lack of professionalism and empathy for a vulnerable member of the community during these very difficult times is unconscionable, shame on you.
I am confident that your actions are not representative of the business you work for and wonder how your behaviour is accepted by your colleagues.

Over the past year working with Ally on our rental property has been an easy and smooth process. Ally has been professional, friendly, attentive and reliable. She kept us notified of any issues and they were always attended to promptly! Aleks did a wonderful job selling my house.
He was very helpful, transparent and easy to get in touch with from placing my house on the marker to selling it on auction day.
