Great Energy. Isaac came to us with a plan on how he was going to go about selling our home and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.

Cassie was great to deal with from the first meeting, she didnt beat around the bush and told what she would do and did exactly that. The whole team of ladies have been fantastic, would definitely recommend to others. Courtney is a pleasure to deal with, every step of this process has been made so easy, she has kept in contact with both parties even though we dont live local, she has been informative, polite and gone above and beyond for us. She has worked hard and came through on what she promised she would do for us. A great team!

After 10 days they still haven't pay me back my rental bond that was claim for them.
Never reply email, never are available, they are completely lost with the property.
I had to find a 3rd part to act in my behalf to help me with different matters about the house.

I have to chaising them for my money. Since the property change from kitson to raywhite the customer service has been absolutely poor.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional, and extremely unpleasant. Don’t do it. No matter how good a property is no matter how much you need a place stay away find a different agency.

I would highly recommend Annie in a heartbeat! Annie is our property manager and has always been so helpful with all our requests and anything we ever needed! I could not recommend her enough! She has been fantastic!

Ray White were very enthusiastic about selling our property and signed an agreement to sell it for a certain price. It did not sell and we were left with a bill and had to find another agent.

My partner and I rented a property through Keely. She was prompt and professional during our lease and we couldn’t recommend her higher. Thank you staff of Ray White Wagga!

When you rent for a long time with the same agent you would think they might help you out a little bit more.

Won't rent to low income or anybody that is less than a long term job.forget it! The world's gone mad housing is a right not a privilege.and these real-estate agents should aknolwedge that.the world's gone to s@#t

Since moving to Wagga from the city i have rented 2 properties through Ray White. My own personal experience with this real-estate has been outstanding. I wouldn't normally bother writing reviews for businesses but i feel its the least i can do given how easy my experiences have been dealing with this team, particularly during a time when the market is so tight and properties are hard to secure. I would like to give a special mention to Debbie Grentell whom I've been lucky enough to have as my property manager on both properties. Debbie has been very helpful and friendly, she's down to earth and fair but very thorough and professional in her line of work. I'm unaware of how long she's been in the game for but comes across to me as very experienced. Hard to come by these days it seems. Thanks heaps Deb!

Ray White Wagga Wagga took over our the sale and short term rental of our property from another agent who had it for 6 months with only 4 parties viewing the property in that time.
