Ok so where do I start, I guess from the beginning would be a good start. I’m a single dad that was told I had 28 days to vacate the property I was living in, due to the fact the owner had decided to move in.

This for me posed a huge problem especially due to child support arrangements, for me to see my kids I had to have a suitable place to live (stress levels through the roof). This is where it brings me to the most amazing young woman I have met Bridget Sciuriaga from Ray White at Sutherland, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at her professionalism, her understanding of my situation and her enthusiasm to help from the application process, to her communication through out and her eagerness to go above and beyond to make sure I was able to find a property that suited my needs as a single dad and within my budget.

I highly recommend Cameron Jones at Ray White Sutherland Shire. I contacted Cameron after our unit at Kirrawee which was with another Agent who was unable to secure a tenant after a campaign over 5 weeks. We have had this unit for 8 years and it had previously only been untenanted for 2 weeks. Cameron took over the rental and within days and one open inspection we had two applications and the unit was rented that week. Cameron was so efficient and approachable. I cannot thank Cameron enough as he took away my stress and his communication and knowledge was faultless.
