As a first time tenant with Ray White St Marys so far my experience has been positive in spite of issues of repair/response times to resolution
I would hope improvement and feedback has been taken seriously due to the lack of action on repairs and complete disregard for contractors/previous tenants waste removal
Small requests can mean alot particularly for basic standards
When the same request is made several times over a matter of months with email feedback and promises for things to get sorted the trust and sincerity is truly questionable when no action is taken
Sadly when moving out and the pre booked council waste removal did not show
Agents were all over the place chasing this even though I had shown the booking some time before moving out

The agents have always been easy to contact non the less and a pleasure to deal with just lack realistic response
