I’m looking to buy in the Shellharbour region and I watched an online auction on the 9th November 2022 and Ben seemed very belittling towards a possible buyer that only wanted to know if the reserve had been met. He danced around the question and wouldn’t answer it.
I would not like to buy at one of his auctions for the fear of being belittled myself.

Kelly Buckman and her team are “The Greatest in the Universe”. In short I arrived in the Illawarra from Far North Queensland last year for a new job and I applied for a property through the Shellharbour office, I was promptly shown the property and approved. During the tenancy Kelly has been by far the best property manager I have dealt with on the basis of general efficiency and in basically a top human being. I am lucky to have done business with this team. Unfortunately my time has come to head out bush and can highly rate Kelly for anyone looking to rent a quality property and enjoy a hassle free tenancy.

We rented through Ray White for 12 months and had excellent service throughout our lease. Kelly was our property manager, she was friendly and professional.

Worst property management experience I’ve ever had in 30 years. They don’t care about their tenants only money. Trying to charge tenants for things that are not tenants responsibility. Dishonest and unethical. I’d give zero stars if I could.

As a tenant, the rental market is so tough, but Kelly Buckman made it such a breeze for us. From when we moved in to our previous property, to just moving into a new one, I cannot fault Kelly or her colleagues.
