Brad got us a great result & quickly. Brad was able to get our house on the market quickly and within 2 weeks we had offers coming in. Before the house went on the market Brad gave us feedback on what areas needed to be improved before it was listed. He also did some hard yards in cleaning some of the cobwebs on the windows and cleaned the exhausts above the stove top! Brad gave us immediate feedback after the open homes. Since accepting the initial offer Brad has kept in regular contact keeping us updated with regard to exchanging. We would definitely recommend selling your property through Brad.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the team - would not recommend them to anyone. I almost never go out of my way to leave reviews on places but feel like it's only right to take the time to warn people. I have rented through several agents over the years and while I understand that they're more predatory than not, Ray White Queanbeyan takes the cake. I was invoiced for several things and was left a rude email when I claimed my bond back at the end of the lease, despite always paying on time and leaving the property in better condition than when I moved in. I was threatened over the phone that 'we'll take your bond and there's nothing you can do about it' among other things by Bernice, despite them breaking NSW Fair Trading rules and regulations. Coincidentally when I inquired about all the invoices I was getting, their team had lost email evidence and data on my payments. I also had to repeatedly ask for proof of a final water reading as they initially refused and said they don't need to prove what I owe with water usage. Until I threatened to go to tribunal and referenced NSW Fair Trading, and cc'd all of Ray White when speaking with individuals, they eventually released my bond. Additionally, if you're ever communicating via email, it's a lucky dip with what agent you'll hear from. I was sending emails back and forth with who I thought was my agent only to find out later over the phone that their team share and send emails from each other's accounts as common practice. Very dishonest and misleading. To top it off, when trying to chase them up about their mistakes and predatory behaviours, the two agents I was speaking with were always 'out of the office' and unavailable despite the time or day, almost as if to avoid me. They also did not send me a final inspection/end of lease report for the property which is a mandatory requirement. Please take the time to know your rights when renting and ask questions so groups like Ray White don't take advantage of you.

First Home buyer. Brad was the agent for the house we purchased in April. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the House any time we asked for.
