Ray White Punchbowl

Very unprofessional team. After the end of my lease it’s been now 3 months I’m trying to contact them for the return of my bond but they never replied to my emails and haven’t told me anything about what’s happening. Very untrustworthy agency, will never recommend to anyone.

John is the man you all need when selling your home. Such a lovely man very smart knows exactly what he is doing. I am very happy that John yatman was taking care of selling my home.

Quite easily one of the worst agencies I have dealt with as a landlord. I have several investment properties in Punchbowl but my agent does an extremely poor job of communicating with me and as a result, I have lost a lot of money due to their incompetence. Please find another agent because they are guaranteed to be better.

John demonstrated an extensive knowledge of property in the area. When setting the estimated value, he explained the rationale (pros and cons). He worked hard at achieving a result, was in constant contact and provided feedback on each inspection. Campaign was a challenge due to the lockdown but it was managed really well. He is a good listener and gave honest feedback. Highly recommended.
