What a pleasure it was to deal with Dean Jarman and Jackson Snell when selling my house. I live 4 hours from Sydney and did not have to visit the property once. Dean and his team organised painters, gardeners, rubbish removal and styling on my behalf without any fuss. The house was presented superbly and their professionalism was obvious when dealing with prospective buyers. Dean’s knowledge and experience helped to achieve a more than satisfactory price at an on-line auction. I would certainly recommend the agency when selling property.

Two terraces of mine were being sold by RW and one missed the deadline for settlement. I called to request an update as I had not heard from the vendor. They told me it was not their problem and I should chase this with my solicitor. Jackson Snell then hung up on me after I suggested he should have more care and responsibility to ensure sales completed settlement and I expected more as he holds the relationship with the buyer. That was the last I heard from him. We are still to settle on one more property however we are apparently no longer speaking? I have sold over 20 properties the last 3 years, and bought and sold countless over 25 years.but this is a first.
